Stopped by Panera BREAD Saturday evening for a bread bowl and Chicken & Wild Rice soup. That is not an easy task at 7:00 pm at Posner Blvd. The first thing said at the drive-through was they were out of most all BREADS. I went ahead and ask for a bread bowl with soup, but they were out of bread bowls as well. I went somewhere else for dinner. Three days later on Tuesday, I stopped by at 4 PM to get a bread bowl with the chicken and wild rice soup. This time, I was told they were out of chicken and wild rice soup. It wasn't even dinner time yet. No need to go back. It's terribly Frustrating to fight the traffic at Posner, to get something you had been looking forward to, only to find they are out!

Good food and the place is cozy. It can get crazy at lunchtime but the staff is still friendly and helpful. In the evenings it is much more relaxed.

This Panera had great service and food. The exterior window doors could have been cleaned. Other than that, I enjoyed the quick pick up.Wheelchair accessibility: There was handicap parking - I did not see a panel or button to open the door for wheelchair access

I stopped by because they gave me a card and it was good. I ordered soup, and they brought a piece of bread. Rich of them. And a cinnamon roll.
Stopped in for lunch. You pick two and a coffee was $24. Mac n cheese came out cold and when I notified the staff (immediately after getting my food from the counter) they told me “we have a microwave right over there” ??????? Be prepared to cook your own expensive meal!!!!

My Fuji apple salad had no Fuji Apples it was sold to us as a Fuji apple salad it was handed to us as a Fuji apple salad and when we noticed at the table that there were no Fuji apples and we went back she said oh we don't have any but we could give you some chips if if if you would like so I got some little strips that go on a Mexican salad. When I go back to the table my husband realized he did not have his side loaf with his lunch so that was missing. It took several minutes for someone to address him and the problem he wanted to bring up they finally resolved it he had to ask for the sweet treat that is advertised on the receipt so they got it for him. And then he had to explain to them why he wasn't paying for it. It was not our favorite and best visit.
Had to pay for my bday reward due to their system being down for days, there should be a rain check on this. The cinnamon roll was not fresh.

Did an online order for a couple of no toasted bagels. When I picked up my order and got home, i had cold toasted bagels . I got a tub of cream cheese that was only half full. Went back to the store and got the correct ones with no im sorry or any compensation for my trouble.
