We tried ordering on the app, but were unable to complete the order. The app locked up multiple times. We called the store and they were great. The pizza was delivered by Joe Young, who couldn’t have been nicer. Pizzas were well made and hot. Fix the app. Other than that, it was a five star experience.

Horrible service. They take your money and never deliver, had house full of grandkids waiting and they never showed. Everyone herded that we need , want delivered but them. Ariana love to argue, disrespectful and rude. Will never call again. Ms Ariana acting like she work in farm.

I've used this store before without issue... not today though. My food was so late that it has started to go bad because the driver sad around with my food for over an hour while she was 10 minutes from my house (according to the tracker)... then, she was horribly rude when she came to the door.I will be finding a different pizza place from now on.

Let me start by saying, this is the first time that I ordered from Papa John's. I have always wanted to try it but never gave it the opportunity. That being said, I finally ordered a pizza from them online on 8/16/23. This one in particular is in Davenport, Fla. I ordered a large with beef, onion, peppers, mushrooms and jalapenos. The pizza dough and sauce had good flavor. However, the toppings were lacking and especially the protein. I did not know there was a ration on beef. It was almost non-existent. Pretty much the same with the veggies. For $25 one would expect a bit more than dough, sauce and cheese. I digress though. It still tasted pretty good but to Papa John's let's not be so cheap with the toppings.

Ordered a pizza and some cheesesticks When picked up the pizza box was empty!!!! How can you not notice that the box is empty, they had us waiting over 30 minutes for and empty box and had to wait extra 25 minutes to get the pizza
