Delicious fresh and innovative shrimp Cobb salad! Best food we’ve enjoyed at the resort! Our server was attentive and efficient. Relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with a great view of the golf course and lake.

Great view. Very laid back. Loved the food and drinks but they're was a mix up on an order. They did comp the meal, so maybe they still deserve 5 stars.

I came for my daughter's fashion at the Omni, and we decided for a quick lunch before the show. Our server Kevin was awesome, and the food was surprisingly good. Our wings were cooked to perfection. I am usually not a burger person but was satisfied with mine. Our fries were perfectly cooked as well. It was not crowded and not noisy. I think that was the great choice to have lunch for my short stay.

The villa was clean and quiet. We ended up renting the cabana for 2 days. Service and drinks were wonderful thank you Darren and Mimi. We will be back.

Will start off by saying Staff and Hotel was nice...excellent pool area for both kids and adults...lots to do other than the pool (mini golf, lighted par 3 course, crafts, bike rentals etc). They were a bit late opening up wave pool and water slide but no big deal. The Restaurant (Dave's Place I believe?) was simply not good. Service was poor, steak was over cooked, under seasoned, poor cut of beef and over all, average at best. Food came very quickly and felt rushed (not the feeling u want after ordering a $50 steak). Drink prices were pretty standard, some outstanding old fashions.... Golf was horrendous....so jammed packed there were often times 3-4 groups waiting to Tre off at a time, just a miserable 5 hour experience....both days! Courses were just ok and nothing like I expected .....the next night dinner at Zen was very very good. Checkout was a nightmare...called to get my car from valet ($35 per night) and they told me 40 min wait lmao....why the heck would we pay extra for the most inconvenience possible! Overall will not return.

Honestly i don't usually write reviews but after thinking about how much money I spent just for a night stay (food, drinks, hotel cost, etc) So when I booked the room they said since I'm a gold member I got a special of the "deluxe" king room. So we get to the room and I open the window and the view is legit a wall with the roof you can't see anything else. Which I honestly would not of minded if everything else went good. I notice on the wall it's peeling by the air unit along with white patches of paint on it. Which i thought for as nice as a hotel this is was a little tacky. So we go down to the pool/lazy river which was awesome no complaints for about two hours we ordered food and they quoted 35 mins so I asked if they could deliver it upstairs they said no which is fine. We go back down 45 mins later still not ready. After waiting and hour and fifteen mins and asking multiple times they put it under the wrong name and I finally got my wings which were cold cause they were sitting there the whole time. aI come upstairs and can't wait to take a hot shower which didn't happen cause the water would only get Luke warm even after waiting five mins. Which was def my biggest issue. We go out to dinner and come back and rooms hot so we turn down to 65 which I would normally never do and all night I was still hot. It was suppose to one romantic night without the kid so we were super excited to sleep in which did not happen because I'm not lying when I said the room right next to me I could hear every single work at 8am. I understand there are rooms never to us by I shouldn't be able to hear every conversation when they are just talking normally. So the cherry on top is my husband takes a shower in the morning thinking maybe it was cold the day before cause there was a lot of people taking one or something and nope it was still cold. I just expect when going to a hotel that nice that has high prices on everything you get for those things not to happen. The staff there I will say was amazing and very nice!

The staff was amazing! They were all, from valet, to front desk, to housekeeper; all unbelievably friendly. Our fridge in the room wasn't cooling as quickly as it should, and so I asked for it to be swapped the following day. Upon returning to the room the next morning around 1130, our room had already been cleaned, and I'm assuming the fridge was swapped, because it was working better at that point. The pool/lazy river area was fantastic. The poolside staff were super pleasant as well. The on site restaurants, not so hot. I have left separate reviews for them, so their performance does not reflect in this rating. The only downside with this visit was, the surprise charges on the back end. We were supposed to have a $106 per night rate, plus tax (yeah, I know how much tax you get whacked for). $35 a night resort fee, and $26 per night to park your own car. It's $35 per day for valet. Seems a little excessive to me, but whatever.
