Very disappointed when I went to get a quick bite before they closed 8:30pm and they were already shutting everything down even though it says the store closes at 9pm all 5-6 employees looked at me upset I was even there “so late” they said to me rudely “the kitchen is closed.”Overall they don’t care if you come back or not they get paid regardless.

Good afternoon, I love shopping in the store but unfortunately there are several girls who serve very poorly, the service is terrible, it is very unpleasant how they serve the public, pay a little more attention to those girls, they treat them very badly, it is a store that I love to go to, but when I arrive I lose the desire to continue watching because of the poor customer service.

After a long day of work I stopped here for a refreshing drink and there was a white woman with a nose piercing at the register with a bad attitude. I asked her a question about the contents of some of the shakes and she responded “I don't know” when she is supposed to know that information. She just didn't want to give good service. Her service was very rude. After that she yelled at a guy who was in the kitchen in front of all the people who were there and that should not be like that because it creates a bad environment for the employees and for the consumer... The girls who were preparing the orders They had an uncomfortable face. But they were the only ones who treated consumers well. This woman shouldn't be providing consumer services anyway. She is SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

Don’t use the app to order on this place. I called to cancel the order and they haven’t refunded me the money and is been 3 weeks. I have called multiple times last time was over a week ago to ask about the refund and they say they are working on it and still nothing showing up on my back. Very disappointing!

I used to love this place until they messed up my order first by putting chicken in a vegetarian wrap, then messed it up again on the remake by adding ranch when I specifically asked for it to not have it both times. I don’t get how they initially got that part right then didn’t the second time. Then the avocado wasn’t even smashed, but idk about the rest bc the taste of ranch is disgusting to me and I just gave up on this place after that.Edit: my boyfriend tried one more time and they didn’t even put the extra beans or roasted red pepper or any of the extra things I asked for. How the ____ do you mess up the order 3 times when it was repeated so much and you took a picture of what was supposed to go into it. Everyone here sucks now.
