Since introduction of the kios, the service is slower and lacks personal service. The kios we used said we could pay with cash, but no one came to take our money. We waited for 10 minutes and then gave up.

Bad food and bad attitude from the Servi Car cashier and the manager, they disrespected us just for asking a question.. justOn Sunday we went to Wendy's at 2:30 in the afternoon and made an order and asked the manager what kind of free sugar drink they had and she answered us with a handrail attitude at the window and we told the cashier that's no way to treat us badly. The person there, the cashier named Alanis, started to disrespect us and further on, the manager, it is not the first time that the manager always treats people with racism and they gave us our food late.

Ordered an Asiago Ranch Chicken sandwich and got two small separate pieces of chicken, a single piece of lettuce, mayo, and pickles on a bun. I've been trying to get a refund for that abomination of a sandwich for weeks now and the store refuses to refund me. The sandwich they gave me wasn't even close to my order. These people just put anything in a bag and call it a day.

So I visit this Wendy's on a regular basis, and usually Services Great And Timely and the food is almost always on point but what I did notice about this location is that a few of their employees had been standing around on their phones which I never have a problem with as long as everything is up to par but I did notice the drink station was filthy. It is 8:55 in the morning and the drink Splash looks a few days old which leads me to believe that night shift didn't clean the lobby like they should have. On top of that the screen looks like someone had been pressing the buttons with a finger full of chocolate and if I'm not mistaken it's the same markings from a week ago. Needless to say they really need to work a lot better on maintaining the lobby and sanitizing, especially the common areas. If there's anywhere that needs to be cleaned thoroughly every day in a restaurant it's the main entrance and all entrances and the drink stations end table tops and chairs. Now that we are all going digital we need to remember the screens need to be wiped..
