Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them. it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

By far the worst franchise I been too fries were soggy af no seasoning the wings all cold soggy and flavorless and the sauces wasn’t even sticking to the wing everything was packed on top of each other crosscontaminating as well

Was clean the guy that was taking orders as well as bagging and checking orders was super nice and professional. There were three people working I ordered in house and watched as they made my wings and were handling the food. It was all amazing they were super busy on a late night on a Friday and my food still came out correct hot and fast!

20/30 wings had NO SEASONING .. guess I should be thankful they're cooked. Cajun fries had NO SEASONING, not even salt. I see they've got a team of five now .. keystone cops show.

Have eaten here twice now. One delivered and the other pick up. Both times were pleasant. The food was ready in the time frame provided when placing the order. The flavors are fantastic and the young lady that was working the counter was very pleasant.

Aside from having to wait 20 minutes to pickup an order I'd placed 25 minutes prior, I got home and ate my food, which tasted fine. About a half an hour after eating it I started experiencing horrible stomach cramping and pain. I've eaten Wingstop and this flavour of sauce dozens of times before without incident, just not at this location. The pain was super intense and I don't typically have stomach issues like this, so I can only attribute it to the food. Not entirely sure I trust this location's food safety habits. And while waiting for someone to acknowledge me after walking in, none of the three employees that walked past me for fifteen minutes looked at me or talked to me to ask what I was waiting for even though I was waiting by the counter where food pickup happens. One employee finally came over and started taking care of everyone but that was only after four customers had been standing there awkwardly for fifteen minutes. I'd recommend just going to the other location. I've never had problems over there with the food or the employees.

First time at a Wingstop, and based on this experience, they may be my new go-to place for wings. They are running a 16.99 20 boneless wing special with cajun fries, with pick 4 flavors, we got atomic,honey hot,Buffalo,and Hawaiian and 2 sauces.It's a deal, all tasty, Be warned, the atomic is ?HOT!but good, got dips of cheese sauce and blue cheese. This was really terrific stuff. Also ordered a 10 pc cajun fried corn which was well worth the extra 5.69. Very Tasty! Job well done WingStop, we will be back!

Placed an online order at this location. Order estimate stated 28-33mins. I got there around the 35min mark. As soon as I come in and gave my name, was told by the cashier that the order was still being worked on. I patiently waited about 40mins... Come to find out my order HAD been ready, and sitting on the order rack for about 25-30 mins. No one called out order numbers, the cashier never checked the new ones that came in. So not only did I waste my time, but by the time I got home the food was completely cold; so I wasted my money as well. And problem is, this was the second time this has happened to me at this location. But it will definitely will be the last.

The disabled cash lady was so rude and disrespectful she refused to refill my drink after I payed $3.59 for which is crazy for a regular drink. She made a stand at the register as she used my phone to write a survey about her and had me write 3 positive sentences about her saying I could get a “free side” . The food was ok at most….

I ordered online, he told me that he would notify me by text, when the order was ready, after 32 minutes the text arrived and I had to wait 15 more minutes because it wasn't ready, when I got home to eat guess what. Exactly, you were missing thoughts.
