Sad to see them close their doors. Now there is no good Chinese food around. We miss you Lily.

The place looks dark and unkempt. Blinds in the door are all askew. Nobody answers the phone and it goes to a recorded message.

I am sad this place closed! I was going here for over a year and the only spot in Davenport FL where I can get authentic Chinese food. Most of the dishes here are Western creations but they did offer some actual Chinese dishes. Sad this spot closed -_-

I will never eat here again. The food was subar. We got Potstickers that were mushy and bland. Orange chicken was ok. General Taos spicy Shrimp (we originally ordered pork but they were all out) it was not even a little spicy and although the shrimp was big and cooked well it tasted exactly like the orange chicken. The chow mein wasn't horrible it was probably the only thing I actually liked. The fried rice was horrible and ubdercooked. It just looked like undercooked brown rice with some scrambled egg thrown in it. Even the fortune cookies were stale. I would definitely avoid this place in the future.

No stars if I could. The food was horrible and even the water was gross. I would not recommend this place.

My plate literally got stuck to the table which was the first red flag. The people preparing the food kept touching their faces and not washing their hands which is very unsanitary. This place has gone down hill. I don’t recommend this foul place not even to my worst enemy. Deserves a negative rating.

Place is a dump and run down. The service is terrible and the owner is the the worst. Money hungry owner knowing good and will she is serving spoiled food to customers. Still has the audacity to argue that the food is good which I told her discreetly to not make a scene that the food was spoiled she grabbed the chicken it was tough and slimy and had a foul odor. She threw it away saying I still have to pay for it I still paid for it I told her she needs to watch what food she gives to the customers because people can get really sick and get salmonella the owner did not care people please beware of this place my daughter was throwing up after 40 minutes we went to the hospital guess what she was sick from that food. People like this that do not care for their customers and the food they serve in their business shouldn’t have a business at all.

Worst Asian food I’ve ever had. The sesame chicken went straight to the trash. It was strange because the container was so full. Maybe it was old. Tasted like fish…The fried rice tasted like play dough. Even the orange chicken was gross but the only thing edible (barely) threw out most of it.

For 10 years we went here way back when it first opened. When the Chinese lady owned it, the food was amazing. They sold about a year ago post Covid, and the food is the WORST! We ordered Pad Thai, lettuce wraps, tom yum goong, crispy chicken, Vietnamese Lemongrass. The Pad Thai was made with sugar and hunan sauce… horrible!!! The Vietnamese Lemongrass was made with Oyster sauce….. omg it was nasty. This is not how one makes VL… Tom Yum Soup had so many lemons, it was sour. The lettuce wraps were good. The crispy chicken has also made with Hunan sauce. Not the correct way, but edible. I called the restaurant and they gave me a bunch of BS.. the lemon grass was blended… lies. LG is a reed and doesn’t blend. Just horrible. There are way to many Chinese restaurants in HC and WH… go someplace else..

I have not been here in years and the GF wanted Chinese and our go to places are closed on Mondays. I was surprised they had Tom Yum Goong soup. Also ordered the Happy Family. It was an online order through Grubhub. We drove over at the time it was supposed to be ready. They did not know about the order and said it would be 10 minutes. Knowing it takes so short of time I knew we were in trouble. Nothing tasted fresh. Mushy shrimp. Beef had the taste of baking soda (gets cheap meat tender). Chicken looked like cauliflower. Soggy vegetables. And the worst Tom Yum Goong soup I ever had. Evidently they don't have the proper ingredients. Mint leaves and squash should not be in this soup. Gave up after a few bites and made myself a fried egg sandwich. 2 stars is generous for another tourist trap restaurant in my area.

Disappointing-we placed an order for take out and were excited for a little Chinese food. The food was at a good temperature but the quality of the food had definitely gone down. The barbecued spare ribs were so tough we couldn't eat them. Much to our disappointment, the sesame chicken sauce was watery, and most pieces too tough to eat. The only thing that was good was the pork fried rice. It was moist and flavorful. The pieces of pork were tender and there was a good amount of vegetables. This was our second attempt at giving them another chance but came away disappointed again.

The food was great, we loved the giant honey walnut shrimps, the sauce was delicious. The entree and chef special portions can easily feed a family 5! Located right off of I-4 east/west plenty of parking and really nice interior with plenty of seating and Saki drink specials! We look forward to another meal! Thanks Zen Asian Grill!
