Going through drive thru, was met with "Go ahead with your order" and after giving my rather short order, it wasn't repeated to me, told to pull forward and sure enough we received the wrong food. It was also billed incorrectly on the receipt so I couldn't go back and get the right food. Tried to leave a survey on the burger king website, but this receipt doesn't even have the store number.

Went there for lunch vía drive through. My order was taken correctly and politely through the intercom. Had a few cars ahead of me yet I didn't wait long at all. When I got to the window for my food the gentleman ( assuming the manager became he was in a black shirt and a little bit older) wasn't very engaging. He started off my telling me what I owed. I handed by card. He handed the soda with his back to me with his arm out the drive through window. I had to kinda guide him to me so I could get a hold of the soda. Then he just handed the card and then the food. I asked for the sauce for the onion rings. I knew he said something but wasn't sure if he wasn't talking to me. I think he said ,"Hold on." He then handed it to me. He gave me two and I was pleasantly surprised because you usually have to beg for a second one. And that was it. I ordered the whopper jr with onion rings and coke. It was very tasty. Maybe he was distracted or it was busy on the inside. Id still go back.

I showed up 45 minutes before they close, and the employees working were hiding in the back of the restaurant until I left.... I saw them popping up to check if I was still there. Never was able to order. A guy just wanted a burger! Won't be going back to this location.
This is the slowest and worse kept Bk I’ve been to. I live less than a mile from it . Everytime I’ve come here I have to park and wait for my food to be brought to me in the car . Defeats the purpose ! Today 4 cars were parked waiting … this should be closed down and made into another

Both managers had me standing there for 20 plus mins an after I told her finish doinf what you doing she then goes an does what she’s doing an then an ignores me after saying hold on an I asked why didn’t she come acknowledge me an she said I was going to but she walked all the way back to her officer.

The guy who took my order didn't listen to me I ordered a fish with mustard and cheese only I stood there and watched the guy put tartar sauce on it and the guy that took the order blamed it on meParking: If you're handicapped you're in a wheelchair you have to walk all the way down to the end because there's such a big curb by the front door.Kid-friendliness: Nothing really for the kids to do except sit down and eat
