We love it here! We drive from Hollywood to make sure we get the best of the best. They always have so many options and fresh prepared treats to keep in the freezer at home. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating and it’s super clean.

A nice small neighborhood ice cream shop vibe and atmosphere. Friendly employees and good service. I love Carvel's classic soft serve, but they have traditional ice cream also. Open convenient hours, and I love the customer rewards program.

If I could've given them over 5, they deserve it!! I have ordered a few birthday cakes from them which came out beautiful. Liz and her husband are patient, attentive and give more than you ask for, literally go all out to please customers. They add props (which I provide but they also surprised me with bonus ones) to the cake which makes it stunning.Their entire staff is a pleasure and their facility is clean.Wish they were closer to where I live.

I called the day before to get a birthday cake for my son and Anthony took my call and made sure everything I ordered for the cake was done. He even repeated my order back to me to make sure he had it correctly. Not only was my order done so perfect, the pick up process was so smooth and wonderful and he was very diligent in ensuring my order was done correctly. And the music was great in the store according to my fiancé who went to get the cake! Lol thank you so much and we will be coming to this carvel from now on! Anthony is the epitome of great customer service!
