“The team was booked for Nochebuena, but were kind enough, as repeat customers, to prepare a fresh meal for our family that was delivered right on time, with about one week’s notice. It was nearly impossible to get Christmas Eve meal catered from anybody else that late in the game, so our family was extremely grateful for another delicious and traditional meal for our family gathering. Garcia Paella never disappoints!!“

“Me and my husband hosted a wedding reception for my son and his wife and at the Germack Event Venue and had Fine Food Events cater. First off, the venue was absolutely perfect. Michael, the Fine Food Events owner, had the venue set up beautifully. The bride and groom were so pleased with the intimate setting.The evening was kicked off with an open bar of beer and wine, and Michael provided great selections that everyone in the group was very happy with, but the kicker were the crab cakes appetizers! Yes, there were other appetizers that were delicious, but those crab cakes were absolutely amazing. As I am typing out this review, I am wishing I had a plate full of them at this very moment.After the appetizers came a lovely dinner salad, and then the main course which was a dinner of beef tenderloin, roasted chicken, fingerling potatoes, and roasted vegetables, rolls, and butter.Then we closed the evening out with delicious Cuban coffee and a variety of mini pastries that were out of this world.We could not have possibly asked for a better venue or experience.Thank you, Michael and team, for making this event so special for our family!“
“We had a great experience with Catering by Mark at our outdoor evening wedding at Pinecrest Gardens. Blanca was very communicative in helping us plan--important since we don't live in Miami. Mark did a very thorough run-through with the couple at the venue beforehand. The cocktail hour and reception went off without a hitch, and the servers were friendly and great about checking in on the bride and groom to make sure they had food and drinks. Food was delicious, too. Make sure you get the baked brie tarts as one of your hors d'oeuvres.“
