There’s a reason the restaurant is always empty.

Food was good, but other aspects were "off". All the televisions were off and I was the only there the whole time for lunch. The paper on table was strange as well.At the end, a 3% "surcharge fee" added to my bill. I asked what it was and the answer was, "we have been charging that for years". Not an answer. I asked again and a small sign behind the column was shown and he indicated there is sign on the door about the 3% credit card surcharge.3% is not a big deal, but just build it into the prices and do not surprise guests with this and give a non-answer when guests ask about it.Maybe something as small as 3% is offputting enough for customers to not develop loyalty.

I just came back from Donatos and had a terrible experience. My father ordered 2 pizzas and we went to pick them up.I went in as my father is disabled and gave the man the name and number of the order. He hands me my food and then comes out yelling at me as im getting into my car that he gave me the wrong pizza and that it was my fault for not stating what type of pizza it was.Such a shame, mom and dad and I have been coming to Donatos for years, but after this very rude man made me feel, we will never step foot in there again.Firstly they should hire someone who understands English. And then he would not be so quick to blame the customer, for his mistake.Such a shame Donato…… i wish you would take more care as your rude staff are scaring everyone away.

I was here a couple of weeks ago after doing deliveries in my car with NO AC! I stumbled upon this restaurant on my way home and was satisfied with the food quality and the service. Thanks to Emanuel (or Manuel sorry if I got your name wrong) and his crew! Will be back!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying the Sicilian pizza=)

We have been here since 96. Have been looking for pizza since then. This is the first pizza that I could fold without breaking into pieces. We have finally found a pizza that reminds of NY

I’m new to the area and needed to find a new pizza place. It’s my third pizza place I tried in 3 months.I’m not going anywhere else again. Their chicken is well seasoned and their Greek salad was fresh. I love their pizza and garlic knots too. I intend to try other foods on the menu.I had great experiences on both my visits!Parking: Free parking across the street.

We usually order to go and have never eaten inside. This evening, my family of 7 decided to dine in. The restaurant was nearly empty. We had the absolute WORST service we have ever encountered. We didn’t get asked our drink orders, then we only got waters and not the beers. Then, we didn’t get utensils or napkins. We got our wings and no plates. Then, my daughter got her pasta and I asked for the spices - was only brought cheese. My husband never got his soft drink, nor did we get the garlic rolls. We had to get up and ask for every single thing. We had to ask the cook for things we needed - he actually looked over at our table and saw we needed attention. We finally got rolls toward the end (the appetizer) because we asked again. Even at the end, we asked our waitress for boxes for our garlic rolls and pizza. We were given only one box for the rolls (which didn’t fit). You would think after asking for boxes, she would ask if we need anything else or if we would like our check. Nope. Had to get up and ask for the check, too. The check wasn’t ready and she had to figure things out while my husband stood there waiting. The waitress was lost and flustered. She even dropped and broke a plate. Needless to say, the food is good, but the service was by far terrible. I’m not sure if they need more help, but the waitress definitely needs more training. She barely made eye contact, didn’t tell us her name, never checked on us, and as mentioned above didn’t get us anything we needed or ordered. We will no longer be dining in.

Very good pizza, especially for Florida. Good sauce, cheese, and crust. Definitely upper echelon from what I've had since being in S. FL.
