I am visiting for a week down in Davie visiting my GF and this DD is within walking distance, so I have had an enough strolls up the road to be willing to leave them a GREAT review. Not just the quality of food/ drink, the STAFF is awesome. Positive and friendly, helpful and sincere. I sat and did some work for about 45 minutes and I listened /watched as the staff took care of many customers and all looked satisfied. They also have one of those Baskin Robbin’s so they are VERY busy but seem to never be too busy to help their customers. JULIAN was super friendly, funny and nice while also taking his job seriously! I even watched as he was in midst of work he hopped over to give a small child the classic BR Free Sample - while having a smileOn his face! 10/10 establishment as we all know- not every coffee chain can be this smooth / clean/ friendly. Will continue to stop by on my visits ! Whole staff was RAD- but props to JULIAN for being great enough that I felt like taking the time to leave a review - A+++ work guys!Parking: PLENTY it’s a big plaza but not too overwhelming - especially for a College Street- off University BLVD-Kid-friendliness: awesome to the many kids I saw who wanted ice cream at the BaskinRobbinsWheelchair accessibility: No issues !

This is one of the best Dunkin’s around. Their iced latte is consistent as some places add too much milk. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and efficient. I never have to wait long. Nur is amazing!

The team here is outstanding. I ask for and receive the best cafe conleche , with two splendas and anexpresso shot and it is made toperfection. Today the manager/owner letme try alarge one. To be fair, there was some odd “power failure” in the store, and apparently in the strip itself. BUT, half the lights were on and the register was working, BUT for some reason they could not make hot coffee or hot breakfast items, BUT they can sell cold coffee.Either way, this is a small and likely outdated location as compared to 90% of the locations I’ve been to. No biggie. No issues really, other than no breakfast, but let’s assume not DD fault.I just had a bagel with cream cheese. Kudos for the bagel being NOT stale. That’s good.Cashier was nice enough, though trying to push me to buy a drink just a tad.I’ll try again next time and see.

Pumpkin spice iced coffe was bitter and had a old taste. Coffee was sticking to the cup. Plus it had to ask the cashier twice how does the medium size look. The woman that severed my food was nice though.
