They need to get rid of those computers... it doesn't have the menu items or drink items. I waited like 20 minutes to use it and just had my order taken by one of the employees - pretty inefficient.

I have visited this bagel shop many times over the past few years and as a student, it has been one of my go-to spots to eat a quick lunch or breakfast. The service here is great as the workers are really nice. I have tried several of the vegetarian bagel options and enjoyed them the most. Some items I would recommend are the Veg Out, the egg and cheese on an asiago bagel with jalapeno cream cheese, and the garden avocado. The beverages here are what threw me off as the chai tea is a go-to for me but here it tasted like black coffee. I was really disappointed with this and would suggest staying away from the drinks. Overall, a great spot for breakfast or lunch on campus!

When I order my coffee with almond milk, they remember to add it half the time. I also ordered a hot coffee for the first time today. On the menu, it says they have medium and large sizes, but the person at the register said they only have small and large cups. I opted for the large and it looks like I got a small coffee in a large cup. I paid over $5 with tax for this. Again, not worth it. I typically come here because it beats waiting in line at Starbucks, but I would rather wait an extra 10 minutes if it meant I get all my food - both the way I ordered it AND the exact size I ordered.

No parking......except in the garage 3 blocks away....doesnt accept the app acct for payment,,,,,even though the app directs you here. Wasted almost 40 minutes trying to navigate to get to a place...... that wasted my time.

Bagels are not like NY bagels!!The chocolate croissant was good had they warmed it up it would've been better. Hazelnut iced coffee was pretty good.. overall it's okay
