“Came here for the first time on a whim after an IKEA run and was amazed. Didn’t expect much after seeing the prices, but man was I surprised. Everything tasted soooo good! The rice was cooked perfect, the fish was fresh and the rolls had so much flavor! Didn’t even really need eel sauce or spicy mayo. I love sushi and this was definitely top 3 I’ve had in the area. Better than some of the ones that burn a hole in your pocket. All the rolls were $10 or under. Can’t tell when was the last time I saw miso soup for $2. So worth it! And the service was also great! Our server was super friendly and we felt very comfortable. So glad we discovered this place! Will certainly drive the 20 mins to go back!“
“Kuro is by far the absolute best sushi restaurant in all of South Florida. The tuna is almost dark red, the scallops are fresh and the salmon almost melts in your mouth. If you're expecting a ton of sauce to hide the fish taste, stick to your mall sushi restaurant. Thanks to the owner for keeping a super high standard!!“
“Anderson was our waiter he was quite decent, attentive, and professional and was helpful with my questions and was honestThe food was pretty solid and my friend seemed to enjoy it quite a bitI also enjoyed it but the food in my opinion is way to expensive but at the same time it's sushi so what should I expect but I swear the teriyaki portion was WAY TOO SMALL for 16$We spent like 100 bucks just on a few things NGLBut the atmosphere was amazing the bathroom was so nice and clean and the atmosphere was amazing ? like it's just so well made and clean“
“The food here is amazing. I’ve had the sushi which is super fresh and filling and very big. I come here for lunch twice a week and order the fried rice, very delicious and it’s always fresh. Never had a problem with this place and would highly recommend eating here.“
“We came looking for conveyor belt sushi as they had advertised but they don't have it anymore. New management. HOWEVER, that doesn't matter. The food is fantastic, and the servers were super sweet, and they made the food SO FAST.“
“Our server wasn't totally accurate by saying Yes when I asked for Sweet Tea, then gave me Raspberry Tea. Also, getting drink refills when needed was difficult because the server was rarely around. Otherwise, our experience was great and these minor issues won't keep me from going back for the delicious variety of sushi, hot buffet, & made-to-order hibachi.“
“This place is def a new favorite of mine. What initially interested me was their widespread menu of both sushi plates and as well as hibachi platters and noodles and much more. There is a decent amount of parking in the plaza it's located in. Was greeted shortly after arriving and seated at a booth. We were told that happy hour included half off drinks so we each got a watermelon & basil smash, they were strong and delicious, tasted pretty much like a watermelon soda. We started off with the gyoza which I think was the best I've ever had. I tried their miso soup, was good but nothing crazy, just bigger portion than usual which is not a bad thing but I ordered two rolls! I chose the muscle roll & salmon lover. Both were delicious, I'd say my favorite was the muscle roll though. My boyfriend got the chicken katsu and was happy with that. I wish we had room for dessert but I even had to take home half of each roll, they were bigger than your usual roll but I didn't want them going to waste! The space is very cute with a bar on the left side with a couple chairs, booths, tables & high tops as well as outdoor seating that features a cute flower backdrop. Will for sure be coming back again & I can't wait until then!“
“Currently sitting at the bar with our favorite bartender Stacey! She’s the reason we continue to come back and enjoy her and the delicious food! My husband has been ordering the salmon dish for a while (Josh style) he makes it with a coconut cream sauce! It’s delicious! While waiting on his dish after they didn’t make it correctly the first time your NEW manager brought it to the bar and was extremely rude. As she placed his dish on the bar she made it clear that this is the last time the chef will be making it this way! That’s definitely not the way to go about it with a customer that comes at least once a week.Maybe having the manager discuss with their staff what the kitchen expectations are and what they are and are not willing to make to make their customers happy.Everyone sitting at the bar all commented on how rude and uncomfortable the situation was.So although Stacey and Fernando are excellent and treat us with so much respect your manager failed to manage and make a customer happy all while ruining our experience for tonight!“
“Very good! We were a little nervous about trying it just due to the lack of reviews, but super solid chinese takeout. We got the general tso's chicken, orange chicken, and the bourbon chicken combos, which all came with fried rice, egg rolls, and wonton soup. Very good portions for the price, we all had leftovers. The general tso's had a great spicy kick and you could tell the orange chicken was made with real orange peels. The wonton soup and egg rolls were solid and the pork fried rice was delicious and flavorful. The bourbon chicken was probably our least favorite but still good, just a little sweet for our taste. Overall solid, would come back.“
“Place that tries to handle both Thai and Japanese food but struggles a bit with both. Have been here 2-3 times with family and has been mediocre each time - red curry, yaki soba, yaki udon and pad woon sen. Their pad kee mao is pretty good though.“
