First, let me say I'm a big fan of Jersey Mike's I order from them weekly sometimes more than once in the same week and I've never had any complaints or problems until today I ordered curbside from this location in Davie as I have many times before. Not that I'm a lazy person, but sometimes I have my child or my dog in the car and it's better to order curbside than to leave them in the car by themselves, which was the case today. Unfortunately it happened to be raining. I parked and checked in and waited 15 minutes and nobody came outside so I then had to go inside and see what was happening with my order since nobody answered the phone either when I called. My order was on the shelf and ready for pick up. I was asked if I was there for pick up I responded with it was supposed to be curbside. I was told it was raining to which I asked if they were going to melt and was handed my order. Their response was because it was raining they could not risk someone getting sick because they wouldn't be able to cover the shift. Funny how you got to work in the rain and didn't get sick but bringing a customers food outside would cause someone to get ill. Sounds like pure laziness to me. The kid behind the counter was rude, condescending, and very smug. I will not return to this location possibly not Jersey Mikes at all next time I'm looking for a sandwich. I expect better customer service especially with the increased cost of everything these days. Oh and I also tipped for the curbside service due to the fact it was raining and my sandwich had onions on it when it wasn't supposed to.

The line for lunch (never been here at dinner time) is usually long but the sub chefs are quick and dont mess around. Its literally, "What type of sub, what size and what toppings?" After you order your sub you then go to the cashier and thats where i got shocked by the sticker price. Now, i did not order a fountain drink and chips and the regualar 7" size Italian sub (Mikes Way) was $15. My friend ordered the mini and it was two bites for him. So I suggest the giant 15" size and split it with someone or make it a second meal for $25. Chips are $2.35 a bag and recommend to ask for a small cup for a free fountain water if you are eating in the store. Now, there is NO comparison to the taste of the italian sub here to the italian sub at other places. This italian sub is in my all time top 3 with a side of their italian sauce of course. So, yes its on the pricey side but i would highly recommend this location. The bathroom was on site and clean. The manager seems to be running a tight staff here and it shows. 4.5 stars easy but if prices were a few bucks lower i would eat here multiple times a month and it would be a strong 5+.

I'll be honest... I passed by this place many times and I ate many pub subs until I tried this place today. The bread was definitely less dry, I tell you that. I went for the rosemary cheese kind of bread for my sub and I don't regret that. I wanted to get the super Italian but instead, the ham subbed with turkey. I don't care for ham, that's just me. Not sure why the guy told me to order Number 4 because I have to have been misunderstanding him saying it's like getting exactly like super Italian minus ham plus turkey.. it just looked like a plain seasoned turkey sandwich. I didn't see other different looking near meat as the one I wanted had those two: prosciuttini or cappacuolo -- so, I was confused... No worries. I didn't make them correct or change my sub. I enjoyed the ingredients which were ham (?), lettuce, tomatoes, banana pepper with little mayo and some spicy mustard, on top of oil, vinegar and oregano. No salt or pepper since I grabbed a bag of spicy dill chips. Guy was nice enough to give me some cookie before I left along with turkey deli slices in a container, but neither was really necessary as there was a misunderstanding. I'll definitely look forward to ordering super Italian next time and pay better attention lol

Barely any meat, barely any lettuce it seems the portions have been drastically reduced AND the Roast Beef was brown and slimy, lettuce also brown, two pieces of tomatoes then DROWNED in oil and vinegar. This place use to have great subs, pink roast beef and fresh vegetables. Now it's garbage.

This place is incredibly overrated. This was my first time eating Jersey Mike's and I had their most popular sub, turkey and provolone and it was super basic. I could have had better at Subway for a cheaper price. There are very limited toppings. I could have made that sandwich at home.

I ordered a wrap today and it was disgusting. Leaking whatever juice all over the bag. The sides are supposed to be grilled and it shouldn't leak like that. Not coming here again.
