I had a little problem with the large size frozen yogurt as I ordered it on DoorDash and they took over 30 minutes to pick up my order. Due to that the froyo had melted and the size looked off. I went ahead and sent a email to the store manager KAT. She went above and beyond to try and figure out why my order was a little off. For someone that has been in food and beverage for over 15 years I can tell that she is the perfect woman for the manager position and that’s to say the least! I will be back to this store just for the fact that she was so great! Thanks again Kat ?

We’ve been regulars at this place for years, but be forewarned – they’ve stopped offering sample cups and spoons. Instead, the cashier suggested I taste the flavors by sticking my finger in the cup. Shocking and unsanitary! Won’t be returning; opting for other frozen treat shops nearby.

I recently went to Menchie’s for the first time ever with my 2.5 year old son and we had a great experience. The staff was extremely patient with my son (and I) as we navigated the many delicious options! We sat outside at first, it was clean and quiet. and then went inside to the kids area, and enjoyed some of the games and little kids table. A great first experience and we will definitely be back!

All the staff was great except for this older blond (appeared to be the boss) who came barreling out when the kids were playing with the giant connect 4 toy that was in the kid area. She started yelling and grabbing the pieces out of the toddlers hands. Our kids started crying and saying they wanted to leave. This is a giant plastic connect four toy in the kid area (with kids tables) that is meant for the pieces to fall out when pulled. Also, this was during a charity fundraising event and lots of kids were there!! We will no longer be supporting this business and will tell other families as her behavior was scary and unnecessarily aggressive. Perhaps she needs to consider a different area of work. It’s unfortunate as Menchies is one of our favorite places.
