Been to this Subway restaurant many times. The service is usually good but some of the items I question the freshness. Today when I arrived I saw a new girl by the counter she said her name is Amanda and she's been with Subway in different locations for about 13 years. While she's was finishing up with the previous customer I was looking around and I noticed everything looked so fresh and full and inviting.. all the meats and vegetables looked fresh and Bountiful.She made the sandwich beautifully and I enjoyed it immensely. Thank God she is going to be a regular over at that Subway.She acts as if she was the OWNER.

Lady was super attentive and sweet, took her time to make sure I knew all the options and even took the step to individually wrap my foot long into two individual 6 inches. It isn’t such a big deal, but to have someone take their time and make sure you’re happy is great!!

WORST SUBWAY EVER !!! The Food Is Not Fresh AT ALL .. Lettuce Is Old And I Have Seen The Person Fixing The Sandwich Pick Thru The Lettuce And Throw Away The Bad Pieces! Owner Is Very Disrespectful And Does Not Care About Employees. They Have No Control Over The Register , Always Talking On The Phone I Will Never Eat From Here Again . I Will Call The Inspector Because They Should Not Be Serving Old Food ! Worst Experience Ever

Not happy with how I was CHEATED out of my money at this Subway. I ordered a FOOTLONG steak, EGG, and cheese. According to the menu it is a whole egg piece for every 6 inch sub so I asked the employee why he cut the ONE egg for a whole footlong. The employee responded with "thats how it comes now". Even on the subway website its a whole egg round per 6 inch sub. I have photos to show my receipt showing what I paid and my sandwich that I received. Definitely not the best experience at a Subway!

They told me one day to do the survey to receive cookies or a free drink, and five days later I'm told that they do not accept the coupons from the survey.

Cancelled my uber eats order without any explanation. They are still open for orders so I don't understand why mine was cancelled. Have the courtesy to call your customers if you are not going to fulfill their order. Other chain restaurants have called when they weren't able to complete our order. You can do the same.

I tryed many subways.. This location is the best.. the workers are friendly and profishinal.. fresh and delicious sandwiches.

Ordered through uber eats, received the completely wrong order and when I called to speak to a manager he answered the phone by saying hello? And then told me he'd call me back without taking down my number... I am a restaurant manager- you'd be fired. Thanks.

I love subway. However, today was just disgusting to me. I am very appealed by the behavior. There are many reasons why this location only recieved one star. Horrible customer service. The young lady that greeted as I walked into the store. Please try and find a better workplace. You don't belong there. Im standing in the line. Young lady mention that they only accepting cash. Told her no problem. I also mention that I have a coupon to the other lady that ask what would I like. The older lady starts making my sandwich. I get to the register. I believe the guy at the register was the manager he had on a regular grey washout t shirt on. He obviously wasn't in the mood to work. First I had to wait as he was on his phone doing whatever. He did'nt greet me or said hold on nothing. I pulled out my phone to show my coupon and once again I was ignore by him. The young girl went ahead and saw I pulled out my phone explain to me they not accepting coupons. Of course im highly pissed off now. I just got out of class from morning and hungry af. I told her okay well I mention I had a coupon and the other lady didnt say anything. I dont want the sandwich. Now at this point the so called manager snatches the sandwich off the counter top and throws it behind him. Doesn't even apologize to me for the inconvenience. Subway needs to reevaluate who they have working for them. Franchise or not. I will never return to that subway ever again.

They didn't wrap my sub correctly so when I pulled it out of the bag, half the sandwich came out and went all over the floor. Literally this has never happened at any other subway before. Not thrilled.

Not sure how much you can really say about Subway. This was my first visit to this location. Unlike others, I was actually somewhat greeted but it felt like another scripted and unenthusiastic "welcome to more". But the two employees were polite and professional which is expected anyways. I noticed that much really hasn't changed with the company though. Pretty much the same undersized subs with minimum meat and toppings. Nothing has changed with the taste of the food. The prices would be awesome if it was the portion sizes of places like Publix or Laspada's. You can probably get the same quality and amount for $2 less at a gas station "deli" section. Inside is tiny including the tables. With just a 6" sub, small bag of chips and small soda, it took up half the table. Thank goodness I'm a smaller framed guy. I only came here for a random visit and now that I know nothing's changed, I doubt I'll ever go to a Subway's again. Only for a cookie.
