I've been to this Starbucks a few times & will preface this by saying if you go during a promotion (e.g. BOGO drinks), expect to wait at least an extra 10-15 minutes than normal. Both of my drinks are frequent favorites of mine & the barista were very sweet about fixing them to my liking despite the crazy busy line they had. I appreciate that they take the time to ensure you're satisfied with your order regardless of how busy they may be. This is one of the smaller stores with no inside seating so if you're looking to study or relax, be prepared to sit outdoors on the patio. There are limited outlets, but a few tables with umbrellas so it's still comfortable on a milder day. The restrooms are kept clean & I love that they have a lot of merchandise to pick through even though the store space is limited. Overall, a great location & one of the only free standing ones in the area so I will continue to stop, but will definitely order ahead on promotion days to avoid the crowd!

This was ridiculous! I waited forever just to place my order inside as they tended to the drive through orders and Uber eats first. Once I placed my order I waited an additional 15 minutes. Once back into my car, I tried my drink and it was missing the salted carmel in the foam so I had to go back. Once I arrived at the drive thru o was able to get my order in a matter of two minutes.

I just had the worst coffee from Starbucks I've ever had in my life. Six dollars for a cup of coffee. I had to throw down the drain Starbucks needs to do better..burnt coffee.

If you tell them you are a door Dasher you are automatically met with an attitude. They purposely set your door dash order off to the side even if it's completely done to make you wait for it. Even if they know that you are waiting for it they purposely ignore you until you speak up and say hey that's my doordash it's been sitting there for like ever.... If you don't want to do doordash then call the company and have them disconnect or whatever they have to do if you can't handle the work. No one wants to come in and be greeted with a rude attitude when they are just picking up a mobile order. Do better!

This location is convenient on the corner of the busy bridge however they need to open at 5:30 like the other Starbucks. There are so many people in ponce inlet that would be customers at this Starbucks due to work schedules if they opened at 5:30
