I do Uber eats for this location frequently. Every time I am never greeted nor acknowledged for at least 10 mins. There is never a host/hostess. Waited for 35-40 min used all of my boost time for deliveries. Terrible customer service in all

Worst applebees in my life ordered 6 meals only 1 was correct, steaks over cooked and bland, chicken as dry as the Sahara bland, waited 40 minutes longer on quoted time for a pick up, just do your self a favor and don't order from here and your welcome in advance
My parents and I came in just yesterday, around 2-3. The host was wonderful and very friendly. Our waitress, not so much but we looked past that, maybe she was having a rough day, but she took our order and did her job (after she finally stopped actively avoiding her tables and chatting behind the bar). The food was fine, after we finally got it. We waited around 30 minutes for a simple club sandwich and two salads. The only reason we didn’t wait longer was because we asked the host if he could please go check on our food. He was very kind, and went and asked about it for us, and apologized (even while we were leaving) for the wait even though it wasn’t his job to do so. I hope maybe this was just an off day for everyone, but from other reviews it doesn’t seem that way. We won’t be coming back to this location any time soon.

The worst experience that I've ever had at an Applebee's. Went in with a party of five around 8:00 p.m. on a Friday evening. Our first batch of food that we got had three out of the five orders wrong. We had to send them back and then the next one had one error and had to be sent back with another small error that was able to be fixed on the spot. After all of this management did not try to comp anything from the person that had to wait even over an hour and a half. I received my order on the second attempt. I've been eating at Applebee's since I was a small child and can say that this was the worst Oriental chicken salad that I've ever had. Still not sure how that was messed up since this has been an iconic meal for me since childhood, but now I'm not sure if I will ever eat again at an Applebee's after this experience.
