Down here for bike week and they closed the dining room before 8pm at night when their hours state 11pm. They refuse to serve us unless we go through the drive through on motorcycles while our bikes are overheating. They are just staring at us from inside and refuse to answer the phone as well. Terrible service.

My sandwich was cold and barely had any mayo on it when I specifically requested extra mayo. I was given the wrong drink to start with and the staff seems like they are all miserable. I most definitely will not be coming back to this Burger King.

I order from this location because I live on beach street and really enjoy Burger King. The service at this location is the worst I have ever experienced. From closing the drive thru on a regular basis because they don’t want to walk to the register beside them ,to not making iced coffee in the morning because it “takes too long” . The employees clearly don’t want to work there and perform their jobs and whoever owns this location should really check in and secret shop. Poor Service!!!

I just don't know what to say about a restaurant especially a burger restaurant that has no napkins. Cashier explained we couldn't use the restroom because an employee took the restroom keys home with them. She seemed to be a little agitated but she was friendly. She said she would break into the restroom if we wanted her to. But I simply cannot get over a restaurant not having napkins. What's up with that. Burger King is my favorite burger joint. Always has management needs to step up. Make more keys for restrooms if it's needed. I mean I get a Whopper with shoes because it is good and messy. I had my drippings all over my shirt before I finished my mail.

Does anyone even work here? I sat in the drive-thru for 5 mins waiting to be helped, and eventually just drove off. The next time I attempted to get food here, again waited in the drive thru forever. So I went inside. There were about 5-8 employees socializing and one LITERALLY doing everything else by himself. I was told "we are out of meat products." REALLY?? I find that difficult to believe unless the store is just that poorly managed. But I could be wrong. It seems to me the staff are simply lazy. This restaurant needs a serious overhaul in staff.

Stopped by to get 2 whopper meals no one was inside the store I actually stood there 5-10 mins saying hello to get some service. Finally 2 ladies walked from the back and still didn’t acknowledge us they jus kept going with the conversation. the on shift manager shamiya was extremely rude and couldn’t stay off her phone while making sandwiches. My wife then asked her politely can she remove some of the 1000 pieces of lettuce off the burger she replied with a high pitched voice “What” so disrespectful in the customer service field. The fries wasn’t salted and the whopper wasn’t either. The service was horrible I wanted a refund but I didn’t want to go through the rude process so I jus kept the food. Every morning shamiya has a nasty attitude.

We went through drive thru sit there for a little while then drove up to the window to be told the window was down and had to come in. My husband went in because I was pissed having to wait so long at the window. The gentleman inside was apologized yet from other customers the Manger have been very rude to them and have said if they won't food come inside without having a sign outside to let you know it's broken. The person I am talking about us a black female. We will not return.
