4/03/2024Burger King, 825 N Nova Rd, Daytona.SHOULD HAVE GONE TO CHECKERS ACROSS NOVA RD.Three of us for lunch. I tried to order using the Burger King App but when I got to "Payment" the App required that they save my Credit Card info, which I will not do. App would not allow me to pay with card this one time and could not proceed with order. I declined that and ordered at drive up; 2 whoppers with everything plus cheese ($1.50 each piece of cheese!!! Didn't it used to be $0.50 or $0.30?), one of the whoppers with no onions, plus 1 small burger and 1 large fries. Paid with cash and picked up our order at window and THEN was told they had no fries. Rather than go through trouble of getting a refund I opted to substitute onion rings. BIG mistake! Onion rings were AWFUL!! And we had to wait while they prepared the rings while our burgers cooled. Burgers were only warm to begin with and neither had onions. I Unsubscribed from Burger King emails and Uninstalled their App. Will not be going to ANY BK in future, assuming this one is typical.

Worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes just for order to be taken and they weren’t busy. Out of almost every soda in the coke machine. Dirty.

I have patronized the Burger King on north nova, Daytona beach store number 1446, many times. Once when I was doing take out, I did experience what the one negative review had. However, I have since gone to this store almost every Saturday on my way home from church. When I have gone into the store, I find the staff friendly and helpful when I’ve been confused about ordering. The fellow in the back was busy making up the orders, the young man at counter seemed to be new, and the female about 36 with false eyelashes (for identification purposes) in between what she was doing, was helping the young man at the counter.Seemed like a very cooperative group which I admire. I always like the food at Burger King so no problem there. I feel the drive thru system could use some improvement. I don’t know if it’s a leftover from COVID or the system feeling there can be danger or theft possibility involved.Feel sorry bk staff has to come out to cars which is time consuming for them.

I order dinner at 3:36 pm. The girl at the window was AWESOME. When I got home to eat you can taste and tell the oil hasn't been changed. Waste of money.

This restaurant never seems to improve, service is slow, and tablets are never cleaned. They are almost out of something, The last time it was ketchup, no napkins without asking for them. For any fast food restaurant to be out of basics is not acceptable, poor management!

Wanted a quick bite to eat. Get to the drive thru mind you there is No one in the parking lot one car ahead if us with a jet ski attached to their vehicle. My bf and I pull up to the speaker... 30 seconds later says I'm sorry your total is "blah, blah" the total was for the customer that was already at the window. She didn't greet us at the speaker, we had to wait until she was done talking to the One other customer. She asks, what can I get for ya? 2 rodeo burgers 1 honey mustard crispy snack wrap, she says they are 2 for 5, we said okay then 2 it is, a Pepsi or coke we have coke. Okay anything else, yes a bacon cheeseburger No Mayo. Anything else, no. Pull forward she says. I paid over $16 for 3 burgers 2 wraps and a drink. The person with the jet ski is blocking the exit way since it's a horseshoe drive way,makes it near impossible to get by someone. That's a hazardous by the way. We are asked to pull behind the jet ski so we are not on the sensor for the speed of service. Finally get our food. Silly me I should of checked, but didn't because she confirmed bacon cheeseburger no mayo and repeated that back so it was confirmed. We left got to the light and I pull out my sandwich smothered in mayo with no bacon. Supposed to be BK have it your way. It was not my way and when I ask for a refund I get told they can give me a coupon. NO! Will not ever go back here. Why should I participate in paying g someone's bills if they can't get the order right.

Was there at 7:50a.m., drive thru greeted me with a standard pre-recorded message, then sat there for minutes. Finally drove around and was then greeted by an employee who seemed half asleep and told me "we're not open just quite yet this morning." They're supposed to open at 6:00a.m. .....

The female cashier in the drive through got my drink order wrong. I ordered 2 of the same to keep it simple. She still screwed it up. It's ok, but SHE had an attitude when I politely corrected her restatement of my order. She then poured another drink, did not place the cap on properly, spilled the drink when handing it to me and AGAIN had an attitude. She didn't offer napkins and she didn't restate the cost before taking my card. She handed me the BK bag and said nothing. It was a negative experience. It was the employee with pet hair on her uniform and the cigarette lighter popping out of her pocket. When I got home, I realized the fries weren't cooked all the way through. She placed the receipt in the bag. She gave me both the customer, as well at the merchant copy. The cashier worked on 01/05/23 at approximately 5:30 p.m. She accurrately presented as an ill mannered, unclean and miserable person.

Dirty at times and Everytime I step in here it just feels ghetto! Not trying to be funny, just the Aura of this place is off and wouldn't want to sit in there w/my Family personally. They usually do a fair job w/the food
