This place is incredibly expensive, even for a hotel restaurant!!. We were there on a fairly busy night, so we sat at an open table, which the bartender said was a bar table. Had no idea this meant no waitress service. So you have to get up and go to the bartender anytime you want something. The bartender was very accommodating however. None of us really ordered what we wanted because the prices were so exorbitant. I got the barbecue wings which were very spicy, and it did not say they would be spicy on the menu. I wanted to exchange them for the garlic parmesan wings and they told me I would have to pay for the spicy wings I sent back! He said he'd have to send a manager to the table for us to discuss that. Which she did and they ended up not charging us but I thought that was ridiculous. Just be aware that the bathroom is about 1 to 2 city blocks away from the restaurant. This was difficult for me as I had a sprained ankle, so I had to be away from my party for about 15 or 20 minutes at a time just to use the restroom. The second set of wings were okay, but the french fries are not good there. How difficult is it to have decent french fries?! The drinks were expensive off the wall. I would never go to this restaurant again.

Terrible girl in the front was dishonest. I showed her a discount card given by the front desk of Hilton and confirmed with her that I 'll take the discount. After food, the waiter refused to give me the discount of $15 because she said that we used it in buying beverages at starbucks. Really it's pricy and does not deserve the money.

Beer bottles have tinny taste. Burgers and chicken sandwiches taste precooked and not fresh. Could have enjoyed a better meal at Burger King. Chicken was hard as a rock. Did they cook it this morning and just microwave? Not worth the money. With a group so I put up with the food. Would not recommend. Should have gone to the steakhouse for a burger or log of bread.

We had Thanksgiving dinner here, as a last minute plan. It was AMAZING!! The BEST Thanksgiving dinner we have ever had out. Chef Brandon made everything from scratch - roasted Turkey, dressing, sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts. He even made homemade Pumpkin cheesecake for dessert. Generous portions of everything for a very fair price. One person in our party was a vegetarian, and was able to order from the regular menu. Collin was our server, and did a fantastic job. We will be back for Christmas!!

Best Thanksgiving dinner ever. In the top 2 best dinners we have ever had. We had the 3 course T Day meal. Superb salad a d dressing. The turkey was most, the gravy was perfectly done. The dressing and sweet potatoes were the best we have ever had. Then they brought out the cheesecake with spiced pumpkin sauce and sugared/ spiced walnuts on top. Great chef. Lily our server was also perfect. And you could watch sports too. We will be back. Oh, all for $34/plate.

Unfortunately the ratings are correct. This place calls itself a sports bar, but that is far from reality. We were met with a lackadaisical bartending staff, when we asked to have a hockey game, put on the TV. We proceeded to ask about having the game put on and were assured it could be done. Once our drink and food order was put through it was then an afterthought. No problem if you don't want to change channels for sports but just be upfront about it. Ended up missing most of the game by the time we drank and ate etc... Unacceptable when you are claiming "There’s no better Daytona Beach Bar and Grill to grab a drink and catch the game than Don Ricos. From the moment you enter, you’ll be greeted by colorful decor, friendly service..." Your staff need to read the mission statement on the website, so they can understand what it means to be an upscale sports bar. Deplorable customer service from a Hilton restaurant. This is the worst service we have had in the USA. Go anywhere else!!!
