I don't understand this new generation of kids under 23 that don't look you in the eye, smile, say hi or be nice when you order a simple coffee. Acting like you hate your job and don't want to be there is the opposite of customer service. Mumbling and saying things with an attitude is just.. wow. Please address leaving personal problems at the door with the younger generation of employees, sheesh.

Very convenient location for shoppers and staff (that work at the Outlet Mall) but eweeeeee. If they keep the exterior that dirty, makes me wonder how they keep their kitchen. Dirtiest Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I told the kids we had to leave.
