Do not go in and eat there. Do not order in person. Order online or on the phone. They will ruin your day. Every locations I’ve been to the workers are all rude and dismissive and cut you off and just rude. My advice leave the worst reviews for the customer service best reviews for food. I love there subs I always have they have the best gluten free bread. But do not eat there. All locations are rude!

The general manager that’s works at this location was very very rude. When I first walked in to explain my issue from the previous day she cut me off, did not let me finish my sentence and started to make my order without no understanding of what had happened the previous day. I had ordered a turkey bacon sandwich which had no bacon, I did not notice until I was already home. She then continued to cut me off as I spoke. She had a very bad attitude and mind you this is not the first time I have gotten lunch from this location with her being very nasty. I can’t imagine this is the type of person that you all would want to run your business or employees!!! I also witnessed her being rude to the gentleman that was after me. She is very lucky I did not cause a seen bc i sure could have!!! This is absolutely insane I will NEVER be going back to that location again in life. If I do it may not be a good outcome. The Sandwhich was no better this time then last time as the bacon was soggy!!!

2 years in a row I was refused my birthday sub. They tell me I must order online but after wasting 10 minutes resetting the password the website gives me a QR code for in store use, the attendant refuses to accept it even after I show her what it said on my phone as the manager hovers and keeps telling her the birthday subs can only be ordered online. Happy Birthday... NOT. Done with Firehouse!

Standard Firehouse Sub shop. The last time I ate lunch there, the ice dispenser was broken. Subs are always made well. Staff is always courteous.

Delicious subs but I think I have had better at other locations. The staff could be more friendly but they aren't rude. It just could be nicer. I was having issues with my online order so they let me get my sub for free in store. I love the good options. So many tasty treats! I always get the firehouse meatball. I would eventually like to try the hook and ladder. They offer a cool bucket with a three dollar donation. I just didn't know where I was going to put the bucket. The soft drink dispenser didn't have any ice and some drinks weren't working so I just got a bottle of water. Most other customers were doing the same. The employees would talk about the other customers and employees in a sort of rude way after they left. I wonder what they said about me. ? I was nice and everything. The atmosphere is nice. This location is quite small though compared to others. I think that all the locations near me are far better. You can add savory mushrooms. You can even get something called less bread. They scoop it out. They let you get some pickles with your sub.Parking: Tight parking and not a lot of it considering the large amount of business is the surrounding area in the plaza.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm sure it has to be ada acceptable but it's quite small here.

Came in to redeem my birthday sub and buy a second sub for my girlfriend. Everyone just shrugged their shoulders and said they didn’t know how to redeem that and that it had just changed a few days prior when I showed them that the app wasn’t showing the reward. I asked the manager if I she could honor it in store with the purchase of another sub and was told that the owner doesn’t want them doing that. I’m not at fault for the app changing how the redemption works and any other restaurant would’ve just honored it as long as I meet the requirements and made the additional purchase. The owner should empower the management at this store to be able to make better judgement calls and not be so greedy and restrictive.

Does not participate in the military discount. Stale bread, not toasted. The meat and cheese not steamed. Appears the sandwich was prepared in advance and sat on a shelf. Very disappointed. Avoid. Not up to Firehouse Sub standards.

Love the steamer sub. Yummy. I get the 12 " and it's big.. its enough for lunch and dinnerStaff could be more friendly...not that they were rude or anything, just not very welcoming. .other than that
