Walked in and stood at the host desk expecting someone to help guide our visit. After a few minutes and realizing no one was coming, we figured things out on our own. The kids loved the arcade. They also blew through $50 in credits (each) in an hour or less. I was told Thursday nights have a great deal on play time. The bar scene has tons of TVs. There is an eat and play game card option that basically saves you $10 towards games, but the food is subpar. Just an overall okay experience.

Plenty of racing games (I get it, Daytona) I was disappointed in the lack of variety of types of games other than racing. One of the games took 6 credits. It took 20 minutes to get refunded (it wasn't busy but the manager was, also understand that) The staff were ALL very polite! Pricing is about the same as Dave & Busters.

The waitress named Miracle was very rude. We did the eat n play deal ordered food and since they automatically add 18% gratuity the extent of her service was taking our orders and that's it. She brought the game cards over and set them on the table, no reply. My daughter's burger arrived late, she did build a burger but the egg wasn't on it. Told Miracle this she went back and brought the egg on a separate plate and didn't say a word no remorse or sorry about that. Luckily Daniel or Dave the manager rectified the situation, he was great. I spoke with the young lady and stated her communication could be better and hope her day got better. 5 Stars for the games and experience since this was an outlier and 5 Stars and kudos to the manager. I didn't let the servers bad day ruin our time.

The kids had fun in the arcade :) Most of the games were operational, and the place was clean.Although the bowling alley was janky, it seemed like it didn't have adequate oil on the lane to carry the ball to the pins. The lightweight ball kept getting stuck, and then I had to go searching for a worker to help with the returned. I found him in the restaurant hanging out or goofing off in the prize store playing catch with his coworkers. He wasn't even there to return the shoes.

Giant arcade, but games are pretty expensive at $1.50+ per play. Games of skill seem to have their jackpots reduced by a crazy amount and prizes are overly expensive.

Ice Queen

Has a lot of game and bowling fries are really good

Went to go bowling...no wait list, you basically have to hover over the lanes until it looks like they're almost done. Bar staff was very slow, not so friendly & purposely ignored customers.

Writing this review in reference to a birthday party I had recently for my son.I booked the bowling package which included two hours of bowling. The package started at $450 & that included 8 children. I believe each additional child was an extra +$35, I can’t remember the exact amount. When speaking with the party manager prior to the party, I told her we were expecting around 15 children. She told me I would not have to pay for any additional children who did not show up (which ended up not being true). The first 45-60 minutes of our two hour party time was pure chaos. There was only one employee working the bowling counter & she was clearly overwhelmed by not only the guests from my party but also their regular business. They didn’t have enough smaller balls for the amount of children in my group & it took about 15-20 minutes to get someone to even bring the balls over to our lanes so the children could begin playing. Two out of the three lanes reserved for the children in our party didn’t work. The touchscreens where you enter names & begin games were not working properly. Every time I needed to add children to a lane or begin a new game - I had to walk over to the already overwhelmed bowling counter & have the employee manually enter them.I rented an additional two lanes for the adults of the group. These were rented for an hour. Their games ended up being reset twice somehow (not by our group). This caused them to have to start over several times & lose time out of their games. We had a dedicated server for our party however he did nothing to help during all of the bowling chaos at the beginning. I understand he may not have been trained in the bowling aspect, as he was a food server. However, instead of him grabbing a manager to help alleviate all of the situations that were happening, he simply stood behind our food table & watched it all happen. I was having to run back & forth to the bowling counter to try to solve all the issues, while also trying to greet my guests. Which should not be my responsibility after all the money I spent.Another issue we had was with our food. Our hot food items arrived before our guests even got there. By the time our guests were able to get thru the line to get their bowling shoes, all the food was ice cold. Very frustrating because I spent extra money on additional food, which wasn’t eaten because everything was cold.Towards the end of the party I asked the server if I could return our additional game play cards we didn’t use because guests didn’t show up. He said he needed to bring them to his manager to have him take them off our bill. (Like I said previously, the party manager informed me I wouldn’t have to pay for children that did not show). Eventually the server came back with the cards & informed me that he could not take them off. His manager said “they have a dumb system that won’t allow them to take the extra cards off.”Overall I would not recommend Gametime for their bowling parties. There was absolutely no organization - even though my party size was communicated beforehand. They should have been staffed accordingly & someone should have been readily available to help resolve all the issues. Thankfully my son still had a good time, but the experience definitely wasn’t worth the $900+ I spent on the party.
