I am not giving this a one-star for the service, atmosphere, or food because it is all fantastic. The problem is the owner. I applied for a position 7 weeks ago. Got it and did onboarding 5 weeks ago. Owner has been stringing me along for five weeks until I decided I was no longer interested today. I told them flat out if you don't want to hire someone just let me know. They kept on reassuring me that we do need someone. Okay. That was a lie. That's stringing someone along. That is rude. That is disrespectful.1. No criminal record2. 20 YEARS at my last job.3. Wide open availabilityNow, if you don't care about who's Pockets you line assuming you get good service, food, and atmosphere, I recommend this place. But, if you don't want to support a rude and unprofessional person who thinks it's acceptable to lead people on for over a month, don't go there. This is a completely Fair review because the food is fantastic. The atmosphere is good, and the service is fantastic. The owner is completely disrespectful and lied wanting to hire me. So on and so forth. This was my experience

My husband and I went here last weekend to grab a late lunch. It was right across from our hotel and we didn’t have to drive. From the second we walked in the door, Sheila had us crying laughing. It was the best welcome to a restaurant I’ve had in, well, I can’t even remember when. She was also our server and she was so amazing that I made a point to let her know how much she made our weekend just by being so kind and funny. The service was great and the food was perfect. If I lived in Daytona, I’d be eating here all the time. Kudos to everyone there for making it such a great experience for us. It’s refreshing in this day and age to find a place where people are kind and really just care about being there.

It's a legendary IHOP. It's kinda not-so-new on the inside but exactly what I like. The food and especially the breakfast options are spectacular!!! I always smile when I see an IHOP w a blue roof near me when traveling.Wheelchair accessibility: Straight in off the sidewalk and parking lot. No ramps needed.
