We arrived and it was not busy. DEAD! The food was the worst breakfast ever! All 4 meals we could not finish! Plus, my better half got the wrong food. Told the staff and got.10% off. That was NOT the point! WE ALSO HAD TO EAT WITH PLASTIC WEAR WHILE EVEYONE ELSE GOT SILVERWARE! Figure that was the racism. Please avoid this. I hop.

We were seated almost immediately. From what I saw there is no designated handicap table. We were seated at the back of the restaurant. I felt the need to apologize to the gentleman behind me as we both accommodated my wheelchair. I was very thankful he was friendly about it. We felt like sardines crammed into a can. We could hardly carry a conversation for the noise level. Our waiter while overburdened was friendly and doing the best he could. We were given one set of silverware. When we realized we’d need two sets and asked for a second we were told they’d run out. We enjoyed most of our breakfast. The pancakes were our favorite. The least favorite food was the hash brown. Next time we’re in town and waiting to IHOP for breakfast we’ll visit a different location.

Store hours CLAIM to be open till 2:00 a.m.However 15 minutes till 2:00 they state that the cooks won't cook any more food.Is the case of the tail wagon the dog or the service wanted to go home early. Either way management allowed it to happen.This is completely poor service.We literally went to a Waffle House The night before after 2:00 a.m. There was nobody in the building, The server and the cook quickly got up from their booth smiled greeted us and made us breakfast inside of 5 minutes.It's pretty terrible that a sleepy little Ihop would not serve two people 15 minutes to closing is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in the service industry.

We had the most incredible service we've ever received. We were on a quick getaway for my 8 year old stepdaughter's birthday. She decided she wanted to go to IHOP to get breakfast for dinner. We waited a few minutes, on the way to our seat my wife asked Michael to be our server. He's attentive, prompt, his positive attitude is just amazing, and he was so cool with the kids. My stepdaughter called him "Mr Gucci". The kids asked for hot chocolate. Michael made them look incredible and the kids loved them. The food was absolutely delicious, the best ihop meal we’ve ever had. After dinner, Michael brought the birthday girl a sundae. She said it was the best birthday ever!!
