So Jersey Mike's subs is me and my son's favorite meal. We always get the giant roast beef Mike's Way! But this time when I went I got the two giant subs which ended up being like $39 and some change or something like that. I live In South Daytona which isn't too far but if you're doing the speed limit it's a good 20 minutes out and if you got traffic you can only imagine so when we had gotten back I called them to let him know like the bread was extremely hard and their attitude was completely unprofessional The person that answered the phone his name was Rob and I let him know you know my sandwiches were pretty hard. And when I say you know the bread was hard it was like drywall hard not you know regular hard that's expected from leaving the bread out or not covered it was hard. And I told him and because it was almost $40 I told him I wanted a replacement next time I came in and he told me I needed to bring the sandwiches back. It was like 7:30 on a Sunday I stopped and got Jersey Mike's subs because we had spent hours doing one of our commercial contracts And we didn't want to cook so that's what we chose. After driving 20 something minutes back home sitting down getting the plates out and getting everybody's meal out once I realized they were that hard and made the call it would have been I don't know 8:30 maybe 9:00 before I got back. The level of professionalism was negative and the attitude was a oh well attitude. And that is not the type of attitude that I think I'm paying for when I spend $20 on a sandwich. When you go somewhere and you purchase their product their several variables to that product. And one of the very big variables that play a huge part in it is customer service. That day their customer service was worse than a Ridgewood crack-tel on a Friday night during bike week telling you to get out. It was horrible

I was born and raised in New Jersey and there is no way this Jersey Mike's is horrible I don't know what woman that was making my sandwich and soaked it with nothing but lettuce not a lot of condiments. I felt rushed. I will never return to this location I know Jersey Mike's. Horrible. First and last. Do not return

I frequent 1808 W International Speedway Blvd. The staff here is great, friendly, and they make the best sandwiches. BTW, if you stop by and see a gentleman outside who hold his hand out for a "fist-bump", make his day and oblige him.

Great visit at this location. Was doing a little shopping in the strip mall and needed to catch a bite to eat.. stuck in the corner of the complex.. has some outdoor seating. Great service, it's a chain restaurant and the quality and quantity was there.. great job to staff.. very enjoyable... thank you

I was on my way home Sunday, Christmas Eve when I drove by and saw the sign said it was open. It was 5pm on the dot and when I walked in, a gentleman said he was sorry but they just closed. After seeing my disappointment on my face, the gentleman said, “ you know what, what can I make for you?” Absolutely a sweet and professional act of kindness. Thank you Robert and Solomon! You are amazing! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Update: Went again over a year later and they completely messed up my friends sub. Asked for white, gave her wheat. Asked to fix it and they got an attitude and said it was too much to fix. Didn't even discount it or say sorry. I guess I'll wait another year and try again.This old lady has such an attitude and expects you to respect her while shes being rude af.

Jersey Mike's is renowned for piled high sandwiches, which has always been my experience until now. Ordered a almost $20 giant roast beef and watched the preparer slice 5 pieces of cheese that were thin enough to see through and 6 ultra thin slices of roast beef. I will not pay $20 for a bread sandwich, I walked out.

I cannot say anything bad about the store! The employees were very nice the food was wonderful but $18 for a 12 in turkey sub is ridiculous! No drink, no chips. Just a Turkey sub....$18! That was my first and last time going to a Jersey Mike's
