A shame I am having to put this review here as I do like Jersey mikes. . Our company made a order online of 9 sandwiches a little before noon. Delivery driver shows up nearly 45 minutes later and the store hadn't even started attempting to make our meal. The store called to try and get us to cancel because they have a line of people after we had been already waiting 45 minutes. Been over a hour now and still haven't even started making the sandwiches because people are in line. Help me here. Is there a rule that online orders are only made after there is no one in line? Very frustrating when they call to try and get you to cancel nearly a hour after you ordered. I prefer Jersey Mikes and day over jimmy John's but the service of Jersey mikes is forcing my hand to stop ordering for our company and myself there.

Well I loved this place and eat here regularly but I won't again. I watched a blonde come from behind the counter open the front door grab a chair leg take it down then go behind the counter and touch the bread all w the same gloves .. I was picking up my order and watched it w my own eyes. Gross .

Jersey mikes is a cut above the rest. They are not cheap but good things just cost more.My sub was well made and high quality.But what makes the difference is they hire good workers. Who can listen and have brains that work. I asked for the hot peppers on the side and low and behold Jesus they were in a little plastic cup.Try getting subway to do that subway sux.Let’s go Mike

Follow the sandwich ? maker! This is my NEW favorite Jersey Mikes location. The sandwich maker/manager that got me addicted to Jersey Mike subs years ago at the International Speedway Blvd location has relocated to this new store on Cornerstone. Only 5 minutes east of I95/LPGA. Worth exiting the expressway folks?? ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had my first $16.56 sub. Employees efficient, but I didn't like cashier making change and then making sandwiches with the same gloves.
Jersey Mikes First clean restaurant 2nd Great Custumer service I would totally give them 5-stars if there prices were not so high! Let’s be real there Giant is a foot long not a actual Giant!!! I had the philly cheese steak it was good but I can definitely get that same taste a lot cheaper elsewhere!! It was a philly cheese steak nothing special Spent almost 17$ for one footlong philly! If prices were reasonable might go back but I love a Publix sub for half the price!!

This place is a horrible. You order online, they never have your food ready as promised. You wait usually 15 minutes plus past your pick up time. Never knew it took 45 minutes to make a Turkey Sub. Made on online order 10-01-21. Never got my food as promised and they couldn’t figure out how to refund my card. So basically I paid $12.28 and never received any food. Was a regular customer, but I’ll be back.

This was the first time my husband and I ate at this Jersey Mike's Subs location. In our opinion this was the best experience that we've had at Jersey Mike's Subs. The customer service given to us by Carlos was second to none. We will definitely return to this location. Sub on!
