DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Management and staff are beyond abrasive and rude! They hung up on me twice for trying to get help with my order. First time I called, they told me to come in. I was extremely kind and very patient until she started to get extremely abrasive with me, and then she hung up. Second time I called, I got SCREAMED at by MANAGEMENT. Save yourself the trouble!

Poor customer service. The evening manager was rude when I called about an online order that I placed for delivery. I ended up having to go to the store to express my concern’s being that the MANAGER hung up on me. Never got an apology or anything for the inconvenience.

Store #1640 went inside 8/20 @2:52Ordered #4. Before I could tell them what I wanted on my sandwich was already made. A asked if that was mine and proceeded to say I didn’t want want the mayo. Wow she- Hailey(name on the receipt )got super angry aggressively throws the sandwich in the trash. I would have eaten it anyway but wanted to add few more ingredients. She was beyond rude and her conduct was unprofessional. What kind of culture is she setting for other employees? Not sure what she was so angry about since there was no one inside the dining area or the drive through was busy. She needs chill out and not treat people in a such manner.

Went and ordered thru the website, and it said delivery was available to 9pm. Order was placed at 7:48pm and received 1 minute later. Received a call at 7:56pm telling me that they "don't do delivery" Even though the website said they had it till 9pm. I said that your website says you have delivery and the lady that was the manager (found out when I called back) hung up on me before I could tell her that I'm not coming down to pick up the food and to just refund me my money. She kept trying to talk over me and started to raise her voice trying to talk over me and I kept talking trying to tell her that I wanted a refund. I will never be ordering from this store ever again and if this is how they train their managers to talk to their customers. I can see why this store has so many 1 star reviews. I will be talking to corporate about the way the this employee talked to a customer

So after ordering our meals, we requested cups for tap water. We were told that will be 99cents a cup, per the new owners rule.Had to hunt down a chair that did not have a film of grease on it.Their bathrooms are locked requiring a key on a gross wooden stick.Never again!
