The lady working was very hostile. Seemed mad we were there, barely spoke. It was an hour until closing and already shut down the drink machine. We were going to eat there but the atmosphere was so uncomfortable we just took our stuff and left.

Fully loaded sandwiches - they don’t skimp on toppings! The staff are also really funny - special shout out to Erica who is so personable and observant and gave us a bag of BBQ chips so my boyfriend din’t have to compromise on his chip choice. She’s won us as forever customers.

This place has the best sandwiches in town. The personnel are friendly and always make me smile, if not outright laugh. We needed a shop like this in our neighborhood. I'll be going there regularly and you should too!Vegetarian options: You can basically order any sandwich without the meat. They make everything when you order and are more than willing to make your meal your way. I like the veggie sub with cheese. They have tuna choices as well if you're pescatararian . It's all good, trust me.

i paid $12 for an 8” sub yesterday and i requested certain add-ons and freebies…they made me a regular sub with NO ADD-ONS AND NO FREEBIES and it took a half hour to make the sub.i would give them 0 stars if i could…and the sub was sloppy!!!save your money and go somewhere else,but if you do decide to order from here make sure to check your food before leaving the restaurant because i guarantee you it won’t be right!!!

My sister has a dance competition this weekend and she had a 45-minute lunch break in between classes. We ordered the food at 8:45 and it was supposed to be delivered at 11:15. We had to walk there because they never delivered it. When we got there, they did everyone else's order before ours. We eventually got the food and they gave us extra cookies and a refund for the delivery fee, as they should have.

I don't know why I even ordered from here again. Literally the worst sandwich everytime. Guess I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, but like I know it's just a sandwich but it's 12 dollars and why have the option to customize it if the employees just do whatever they want?
Rude customer service, wasn’t open to answering questions about the receipt and the menu as we ordered the Italian sub and gave us the wrong one. Staff look like their not getting enough to work do their job correctly

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I ordered for delivery and everything on my receipt was correct but my sandwich was not correct at all. The driver was so rude, too. I tried calling and I sat on the phone for literally 2 minutes before ending and calling again. I called again and they still did not answer. Do not recommend this Jimmy Johns at all.
