I waited in a parking spot for 20 min for my food. I saw people that ordered after me get food. I mentioned to the employee that I ordered, blah blah blah and I was just checking on my food. He came out with my food 5 min later. I got home and saw that I had the wrong food order. I called 3 times throughout the night to express my experience, no answer. I called the next two days and received no answer. I just gave up and realized why I don’t go to KFC.

Re: Never Deliberately give the wrong other after customer confirmation.I just left KFC Monroe Daytona Beach. I clearly ordered 3 pieces dinner Original Recipe Breast, Thigh and Leg. The operator confirmed. When she got to my car she asked me if I had two breasts and a wing, I said no it's Breast, Thigh and Leg. When shrugged her shoulders and gave the wrong back anyway. I tried calling 3 times back to back Knowone answered so now I'm writing a review to state that I will be back tomorrow Sunday to get the entire meal REPLACED!

The service was nice. I don't know what is going on with the fried chicken. I have been eating at KFC since I was 5 years old. I am 62 now and the chicken tastes nothing like it use to when I was growing up. They can call it original all they want but you can hardly taste any of the original seasonings at all. It is very disappointing.

I am amazed this place is still in business and hasn't had a lawsuit for food poisoning. 9 years living in this area and it doesn't matter what time of the day you go in the place is always filthy. They struggle to get the orders right and it takes forever for them to prepare an order. I personally don't eat here anymore. But when I pick up for Uber Eats it is ALWAYS a long wait. And why oh why do they keep mopping the floors with dirty grease water????
