My first time to Melina’s empanadas in 100 moody Blvd. excellent service, very attentive staff. I ordered 4 chicken empanadas to go. To be honest, the flavor is out of this world. Delicious. They fry and prepare your order when you are there, everything was fresh, crunchy. Delicious. Highly recommended.

This place really hit the nail on the head! The empanadas were crunchy, delicious and the accompanying sauce paired extremely well. Funny, the sauce actually brought me back to when I was a lad! Very similar if not the same as the classic "Fancy Sauce". Let me tell you, us Puerto Ricans love fancy sauce and it's the go-to for anything fried... THIS PLACE DOES IT RIGHT!

We found a small newly opened empanada shop. The service was so friendly I wish her lots of success! The food was very good too. We had beef and chicken empanadas and chicken loaded fries. We will for sure be back! Please go and support her!!!

I was really excited to find a PR spot near my mom’s and while I wasn’t WOWed, it was still pretty good. The beef empanadas were good, the chicken was a little on the dry side, and the hot honey chicken was good. I also got yuca fries, which was good and an order of the “seasoned” fries. The fries were nothing special and there was nothing seasoned about them. Overall wish them luck!
Melina and her husband make great empanadas! The Beef/cheese and Chicken/cheese empanadas were phenomenal! Great food and great prices! Thank you for an awesome lunch??
