Wow. Was in the neighborhood on business and thought I would drop by a place I used to order from several years ago when I lived in Holly Hill. To my very pleasant surprise, the place was finishing up a renovation...NEW OWNERSHIP or NEW MANAGEMENT or Both...but certainly new energy and definitely new menu and ingredients!I got three slices (a little over $3ea plus toppings) because I wanted to try more than one thing...a simple cheese slice as a purist, a slice of pepperoni, and a slice of chicken bacon ranch.Pizza was baked nearly perfectly. CRISP cruch to the crust that maintained just the right chew. Obviously, someone knows their dough. Great balance between the sauce and the cheese. I was impressed. I commented about how much I liked the crust and the employee who cooked the pies, said "yeah, it's our owner's personal recipe she developed when she was doing Wood-Fired Pizza at big concert events and festivals FOR YEARS."The pepperoni was a very good slice...a step up from the cheese...but DAMN, the chicken bacon ranch was AWESOME. I was really surprised...I'm not usually one who orders a chicken pizza, but this was the most flavorfilled version I think I've ever had.If you haven't had a chance to "meet the NEW Neighbors" or had a different experience at this shop in the past, give it another chance. The food is really good. They seem to really care about improving the place AND the neighborhood. If I lived nearby, I WOULD DEFINITELY ORDER DELIVERY on a regular basis.

It is good one day and the next time you order you are sorry that you gave them another try. Sorry but not at all worth the money.

Ordered delivery. We have had ordered in the past from this place over a year ago and loved the pizza. But after ordering this time I will never order from this place again. I ordered the family special #1and only received the pizza and soda not to mention the crust was so thick it was not even done in the middle just raw dough. Plus missing half the order has really sealed the deal to never order from them again. The pizza was not edible to me and had to order from somewhere else. Total waste of money

We ordered from here last night. There's NOTHING New York about the pizza. Not being mean, just honest, I would order from Little Ceasars before ordering pizza from here again. The people were VERY friendly, but ordering 5 pizzas to go should have given us more plates and napkins.

We received a coupon in the mail, proceeded to order online and use the coupon code from the flyer, and it would not work. When I called the restaurant, they said that was not their coupon (with their phone number, address, etc.). So I ordered using an online code. I received a text saying my food would be ready at 5:04 p.m. My husband arrived to pick it up at 5:07, and they said the order had just come in. Also, they did not have the details of the family pack that is on their website, and this delayed the order even more. I had to call and spell out every item that we had ordered. 45 minutes after the quoted time, we received PART of the order, and what we received was incorrect. I haven't tried the food yet, but it won't matter at this point; I will not order from Neighbors again. It's a shame, because buying local is my preference.

We ordered a cheeseburger that according to their printed menu says you can order it smashed which makes it a 2 patty burger, smashed to the grill and crispy. These photos are what I got!!! Only 1 patty and it is so rare that it is still mooing!!!! I called the restaurant and because we ordered through the 3rd party that is hooked up through their menu, I was told they couldn’t fix their food without me going through that 3rd party. I am not impressed and now having to cook my burger so that I can eat it!!!!
We just ordered for the 2nd time on Saturday. On our first order they never gave us the order of meatballs we had paid for. I called the restaurant and they quickly refunded the amount. They handled the situation very well. Everything else on our first order including a chicken parm pizza was amazing. It was so amazing that I had a craving for the chicken parm pizza on Saturday, I placed our order through their app for delivery. We received an inedible pizza. It wasn't even slightly warm when it was delivered. The pizza was so overcooked and looked nothing like the one I had ordered previously. The outer crust was so hard that it hurt my teeth to bite into it. The crust was black, almost as if it had been originally cooked hours before and then kept on top of the oven to stay warm. There was so little cheese on it that you could see the sauce through it and it tasted more like the pizza was made on saltine crackers instead of dough. My husbands family is from New York so we love a thin slice but this was rock hard and dehydrated not just a thin lite crust. I would like to give you guys another chance and have my pizza replaced. I know you guys can do better because I have had better from your establishment previously. Also when I order a 2 liter of coke, it would be nice if you guys would let me know that you are out of stock, so I can choose a replacement instead of you guys just making your own assumptions and replacing it with something else.Parking: Located within a semi busy plaza. I have yet had any issue finding a parking spot when I do carry out instead of delivery.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily access the front of the restaurant. The area you pick up your food and pay at it is about chest high, so easily over the head of anyone in a wheelchair.

Specifically Ordered a calzone over phone with same ingredients as Stromboli but when got home discovered a Stromboli. Kind of bummed because the calzones here are really great. Got a quick apology and they hung up , so I'm disappointed ? I should of checked as box seemed light in weight for a large calzone : ( aahh stuff happens , manja manja
