Very rude- they asked us to wait for veggies only- so we waited. Everything else was ready, they gave away entrees to other people and then we had to wait again for what was previously available. The staff including the manager were all rude and told us how they didn't expect so many people to come in.

We love the food of Panda Express. Everything is great!Unfortunately, the attitude and interaction of Jen with her coworkers is rough and uncomfortable to be around as customers. She definitely looks unhappy doing her job, and that attitude is passed to the whole team.

First time trying this place what's on a day trip vacation was disappointed with my 23 minute wait in line as multiple employees told me I needed to wait just a little bit because they were busy feeling dying and dash and other orders Uber eats meanwhile the food I wanted to order was being served to everybody else who was too lazy to get up and come visit the you know brick and mortar hard store location seems like the online customers were getting treated better than the in-store customers considering there was only three of us in line and we all three were told sorry we would have to wait if we wanted the dishes that we actually wanted because they were too busy selling them to everybody to order it online I don't think that's a really good way to do business is to put in-store customers at the back of the line at the in the corner the last seat at the table while you feel online orders I'd hate to see what happens to these businesses at the internet went down they actually had to serve customers in the store 100% of the time

Still edible. Maybe the third best Chinese in town unfortunately. Would not recommend, will be back. Matt the manager is trying to keep things going but you can tell when you go inside that things have changed. Morale is low and hiring is slow. My portions looked and felt smaller but my friend was happy with his triple plate... Hope it rebounds soon.Kid-friendliness: They offer outside dining. When it's not too Florida, I take em out there. Other than that, no "friendliness" to be seen.

The food was good. Service was slower than usual. But it's in a pretty busy area so it can be overlooked. Weird kid standing outside thought I was staring at him and spoke up, no npc's around these parts. #merica.

Don't eat here and leave your car in their back parking lot away from anyone frequenting the establishment because they will have your car towed.

bad attention. I ordered rice, it was disgusting, it looked like dough. They should teach those women to cook. the treatment is bad. They don't lend you the bathroom. I approached the young man at once and told me that if I was buying I could use it, bad attention.

Shekiyah was the nicest employee I've run into in a long time. Forgive me if I spelled it wrong! It’s her first day and she politely greeted everyone during lunch rush just hours before the Daytona 500… the world needs more employees like you… thank you for a wonderful experience!

Always fresh and fast service. I always get the honey walnut shrimp with fried rice in a bowl. Medium coke and teriyaki sauce. It's delicious.

Ella extremely rude throwing food to customers I guess this chain trains all their employees to be rude because it was the same in port orange and now at ISB.. I will never ever spend my funds there because if they are rude that means they don’t care and you have no idea what they do to the food.. if it’s even safe to eat it.. rude folks are no good so don’t trust what they save you.. their soup sucks cold no taste it’s tasteless water taste better than their soup

35 minutes for a drive-thru order. the kid was nice but told us that our meals would only take an additional 6 minutes each because they were very busy. we ordered two plates and a cubs meal for my 2.5 year old. Double orange chicken with fried rice and another shrimp with orange chicken and my 2.5 yr old got white rice and orange chicken. they had absolutely no system for their drive thru and it's chaos. no marked parking spots, no tag on window to know which orders is who's. by 20 minutes my hungry child starts screaming and crying. another 15 minutes goes by I about had enough. I saw probably one car leave this place from the drive thru and this place was wrapped around the building. I couldn't even park in a spot waiting for my food. I went inside and the girl I told about waiting for my 35 minute order walks away and says "okay", then continues to make other walk-in customers meals before she even starts to tend to mine. I work in customer service and this was awful. No wonder why they have 2 stars.
