Unbelievably rude woman behind the counter. Not just to me but to every customer that came in. I am not sure what value she adds to this establishment but it is not customer service. Don't go here. Plenty of other pizza places with nice people working there.

Our pizza showed up at 730 2 hours after ordering it driver dropped it at the front door pizza is cold i guess thats why he didn't knock on the door driver didnt want a tip looks like a medium instead of a large pizza and its either been dropped several times or sling across the car i will never order from them again!!!!! The girl on the phone at the store was so very rude and talked so fast i couldn’t understand her very very rude girl pizza hut needs to fix this issue

Yolanda was amazing she accidentally messed up and fixed it so we where able to get the pizzas we wanted the next day. She is an amazing sole and really needs a raise for how amazing she is every time she takes care of me. I would have to say because of her my day was made a lot better. My family even struggled to geven get food for us every day and we spent the last bit here the day that she messed up. She fixed it and now we have food for one more day because she made everything right again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Yolanda ??

Was unaware that they use DoorDash for delivery but there wasn’t an extra charge and my driver said they still get any electronic tips attached to the order even though they’re not a Pizza Hut employee.

I ordered two medium pizzas with stuffed crust. Instead, I received 2 square pizzas from the big dinner box, but I did not pay for the big dinner box and paid considerably more for less. For the price, I paid for my 2 pizzas I could have ordered the 3 pizza Big dinner box and still spent less money. I paid for two medium stuffed crust pizzas. On top of this, the pizzas were 20 minutes behind their scheduled pick-up time, but the staff in the store seemed more interested in socializing. I was sitting and waiting in the store, and they could have addressed the issue with me, adjusted my price, or acknowledged that they didn't have what I ordered. I also ordered a parmesan and red pepper (which you have to pay for now) and received two parmesans.

The pizza hut that my dad brings me to usually is on new york avenue in deland if we're in that area. If we're in Daytona Beach, then then we Visit the one off of nova. This particular day we were at the nova Pizza hut. I most always order.A personal pan pizza topped with ham, green peppers, double cheese and extra sauce. On this particular day the pizza came out absolutely perfect. It was so delicious. I don't always get a chance to eat pizza out. Because I live in a senior community where they serve frozen pizza-not the same at all. You could say that I was a lucky girl having my father Bring me, pay for me All for the love He has for me. If you order this pizzaask for it not to be overly cooked As it will come out perfect this way. I finds if they don't double "oven it", It turns out dry.Innosauce dries all up.

I had to wait over an hour as other guests seemed to have issues too but kept getting their food before me. Apparently the kitchen keeps messing up orders. Wouldn't recommend go somewhere else.

Had to hang up because of a rude employee telling me I can't order drinks at first then says what I'm ordering is not a deal and I have to order something else. Not cordial at all sounded irritated that she had to talk on the phone to a customer, god for bid she has to do some work. Just a very rude woman escalating the situation because what I am ordering is not a deal. Where can I get a pizza from that doesn't have employees that do not want my business? I am very disappointed with calling this place, my partner and I just wanted to order a pizza on a Friday night, now we will be taking our money and business elsewhere. Why is it so hard to order 2 large pizzas? Customer service is terrible at Pizza Hut on Nova Road in Ormond.

Food was warm when it was delivered by the wonderful driver he was the best driver I have met yet he said his name was Moe all I can say that the food was delicious ? would definitely order some again soon MOES managers should have a kiss on there forehead❤️ keep it
