the service was great, the food was good and fresh but I don't know who planned the parking. We came out of the restaurant and were blocked by cars waiting in the drive thru and couldn't drive away and had to wait 15 minutes to get off the premises.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I SPENT $50 at this place on Sunday march 24, and they forgot my sandwich that’s a waste of money will never go here again and there very rude . Not good customer service AT ALL. So disrespectful and disgustingly horridly rude. 1 star for how they treat people and -5 star for the environment. Will never go here again

Parking lot is very small, and drive through asphalt is kinda busted up. Food was great! Service took a little while though.I got the 2 piece chicken combo meal with mac and cheese as the side and sweet tea I asked for my combo large, but the cashier didn't hear me, I guess, and rang up a small. I asked her to change it at the window, and she only changed the drink, not the side. The tea was good sweet tea, and the food was nice and hot. Crispy too.

The food was good and the worker's where very nice and accommodative to me and my wife when we needed to make a change in our order.
This is the worst Popeyes I ever eaten at. Every time I order through DoorDash something is missing be it my drink or the mashed potatoes and gravies something is missing from my order and if I go up there the attitude of the people working there is just horrible. I ordered my lunch yesterday and had it delivered and my drink was missing I really want my money back and not only that the food was cold and the meat look like it had been sitting for a while. I love Popeye's Chicken but I don't like that particular store on Ridgewood I wish I could get the one in Port Orange to deliver to me but it says I'm too far. Every time I go to the one in Port Orange the food is fresh everything tastes so good something needs to change at that Ridgewood location. I spent too much money yesterday for my food to be cold and the chicken is hard and it looks like it had been fried in old grease.

Ordered the family chicken meal. The lady taking orders from drive thru was very rude when we asked for a second to figure out what we wanted. Then the guy that gave us food was nice. Got home to eat the chicken and it was wet! Like the skin was falling off and it was disgusting ?. My kids wouldn’t even eat it (and they eat everything). Would not recommend this location AT ALL!
