Save your timeSunday, 03/03/2024 time 1758We placed an order at 5:58 pm for 4 pizzas: 2 pepperonis, 1 cheese, and 1 chicken and bacon. Upon delivery, they brought 4 pepperoni, 1 cheese, 1 chicken, and bacon. I received 1 pepperoni, 1 cheese, 1 chicken, and bacon, and the rest was given to others. They notified me that they forgot 1 pizza at 6:06 pm. I asked where the other pizza was, and they said they forgot at the nearly empty restaurant. I requested a refund; they said it's only two minutes away from the promised time. I expressed my frustration, as waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for one pizza without an apology seems unreasonable, and I'm upset."

I paid $30 was excited for my pizza to come when I got here. It was the size of my hand. I am beyond mad. I will never order from there again. I cannot believe they are ripping people off like this.

Want a fan at all. Their sauce tastes like plain tomato paste. If they improved that drastically, I'm sure it would be good. I had a Supreme pizza and just tossed half of it, it was that bad.

Writing my first Google review to share my experience at Rise Pies. Visited with my mom while we were shopping, figured we’d stop to grab a bite. Ordered a margarita style pizza. Worker was nice enough. But…for $14, THAT WAS NOT A 10” PERSONAL PIZZA. It was a 7-8” pan sized pizza at best. The crust was crispy just like I asked, but the marinara sauce was WATERY, the basil had no taste, the mozzarella cheese was still melted but definitely not fresh, the diced tomatoes were piled high and offered barely any flavor, and the olive oil was tasteless. Ingredients were not fresh. Only one person was working while we were there, the one who serviced us, and only one other customer as well. Place was a ghost town, so atmosphere felt…devoid of anything resembling the warm, inviting and lively atmosphere of a pizzeria, which I am very familiar with. All in all, pizza was…mediocre at best. Expensive af for an 8” pizza, and no it was NOT 10”. I’ve caught enough 10” largemouth bass to know when they’re smaller. We could have gotten an even larger, more flavorful and cheaper pizza at Blaze Pizza just opposite of the Tanger Outlets. Will not return.Disappointing for a pizzeria.

Terrible customer service. They had attitudes especially Mckenzie the white girl. After my interaction with her she started being extra nice to the other customers, telling them goodbye and merry Christmas, probably just to spite me. Then when I leave, nothing from her. No goodbye from either of them. They clearly saw me.

Omg, it's so slow!!! Took almost 20 minutes from entering the store to getting food. Staff had a bad attitude too. I wanted to walk out but I'd already paid so just waited for the experience to be over. Pizza was OK, just tomato sauce and pizza dough......I've had better from Walmart ?‍♂️ Won't be rushing back!!!

I’m sorry but I have to be brutally honest here. I was in the mood for some pepperoni pizza. That pizza is 14.00 and I didn’t think I could eat that much so I thought the cheesy bread for 5.00 was a good second just add some pepperoni. The clerk says that’s an up charge, no problem I’m thinking until I find out it’s a 5.00 up charge and I only got 7-9 small pieces for 5.00. Then to add injury to insult I ask for a side of marinara sauce and I’m told that’s another charge. I won’t be back. I felt nickled and dimed. Prices are high I get it but for what I ended up paying I could have just bought the pepperoni pie for 14.00??‍♂️

Three employees discussed how we did not leave a tip, loud enough, that we make sure to get a table where we could see our food being prepared. The one employee said she will not be cleaning the oven out for us, our food had a lot of burnt flour / corn starch on the crust as a result. We’ve come here for several years, but won’t come back.

We got the salad and the cheese pizza both were really good. I love the crunch of the thin crust pizza.
