There are events all week long; trivia, ladies night, happy hour, movie night and drag bingo! Super engaging and great atmosphere! I highly recommend this place and it felt super safe!

Rooting Around Downtown (RAD) is a solid bar. The owners have a FIRM grasp on what it means to be a TRUE Kava Bar. The owners are excellent people and very caring. The aesthetics of black and neon make this place stand out from its peers.I would HIGHLY recommend visiting whether you’re looking for a good shell/tea (yes, their products are SOLID), lookin to make new friends, or curious to TRY kava, you would be well-served by coming in and meeting David and Kalan!See ya there!!!

Tried RAD tonight for the first time. I’ve worked hosting karaoke at a few Kava places around town. I absolutely love RAD, it’s down the street from where I live. The kava tender was friendly. Everyone was so nice and I really loved the vibe. I will definitely be a regular and stop more often.

We came in thinking it was a coffee place. LOL. We have a coffee place called Kava where we are from. The nicest kava- bar-tender quickly greeted us and gave us a lesson on the Kava and Khombucha. She had the best vibe and personality - she was very welcoming, informative, and hospitable to us newbies. After we had the happy hour experience, we decided to leave. But left feeling like we had an interesting new experience and look forward to learning more about kava bar and what they have to offer nutritionally. Im sorry I forgot her name, but I'm truly grateful for her welcoming us as we were passing through.
