Shout out to Ms. Pringle who was awesome considering we sat down to eat around 9pm. She was warm, welcoming and store was clean and organized. We were on our way back to another town and it was a pleasant way to end our weekend in Daytona.

This is the goat! Matilda is the best! Always smiling, always friendly! Makes a heck of a sandwich! Her and her staff as well! It’s always clean and behind the counter as well as the lobby! I’m a regular and it’s always fantastic! Would give 10

I work in the plaza and been for two years ..the manager that was there before was very friendly ..maybe added some cookies for us and this new manager with dark hair and glasses has no customer service and always just rude and acts like a Karen ..I spend money everyday there and when I peak in I always make sure she’s not there and if she is I grab food and leave quick.. they need new management

You would think for this subway being so close to the hotels that management would be more appreciative to guests but...NO. Matilda had a major attitude, I don't know if she was having a bad day or just didn't want my money or what but she definitely didn't want my business..... Clearly. Yes, I'm here on vacation, No, I don't recommend this place. Not to mention, I asked for the freshest bread and Matilda said this is all I have and it's crunchy enough that I just threw it away. I was also overcharged, I only ordered 1 drink but was charged for 2 and when I asked for my money back for the 2nd drink, Matilda threw my money on the floor instead of hanging it back

Two staff were dealing with a family of 5 that were very polite, but very "needy", taking up far more time than one would expect. Everyone, though, was patient. It was even a bit entertaining, and certainly raised my respect for an over-burdened staff. Sadly, my sandwich was light on most ingredients, and had too much meatball sauce, so that it was pretty soggy before I got back home 10 minutes later. Still TASTED good, but then I'm a s***** for their meatball subs.

Had to wait ten minutes in an empty store for one of the 3 people to start taking my order. They said the internet orders are priority. Girl that finally helped was clueless as to how to make a protein bowl, skimpy on everything I asked for. Brown lettuce. Disgusted. Only rewarding part was to not leave a tip at all

One of the nicest subways I have ever been in. The food bar was very clean and fresh looking. Manager took extra time to prepare my salad by chopping some spinach and tomato. My wife's cheese steak was top notch as well.

Never had an issue here. I do use mobile order which works great and there is no wait. I dont come here on peak lunch hours and the sandwich is always fresh and done to order. I do stop in once in a while and buy there chocolate cookie and it always fresh. Recommend coming here, just use the app during peak times and order ahead of time.
