Every Thursday evening is Subway night for my wife and I. We order the same thing every week. This Subway is closet too us but we will start driving further to a better location because for whatever reason they simply can NOT get our order right.How hard is it to understand extra oil and vinegar means more then a normal squeeze and definitely more then none at all!I'm over it and tired of being frustrated week after week. Maybe this location should hire a more knowledgeable staff, like employees that know how to read and follow directions?I put the blame on management because your only going to be as good as the employees working for you and obviously your just hiring bodies to fill shifts.

Unfortunately, my time there was marked by several concerning incidents.Late Arrival and Transportation Challenges.Unrealistic Training Expectations.Mixed Signals Regarding Employment Status.Missed Opportunity for Training.Feeling Discriminated AgainstAs someone who had recently moved to Florida, I was still navigating the local bus routes. On my third day, I encountered delays due to missing the bus. I apologize for any inconvenience this caused. However, instead of understanding my situation, I faced frustration from managementJoyce required me to complete numerous training videos promptly. While I diligently worked through them, the pressure to finish before the third day felt excessive. This expectation was unrealistic for 1 week of learning training videos cut down to 2-3 days.I was instructed to come into work, leading me to believe I hadn't been fired. However, afterward, I was unexpectedly was terminated. Clear communication about my employment status would have been appreciatedRather than utilizing the available time to show me how to make sandwiches, I was let go prematurely for not being able to finish my training videos in 3 days. I believe this decision hindered my learning process.Overall, I felt discriminated against due to the lack of patience and understanding. As a new employee, I needed guidance and support, not abrupt dismissal.I hope Subway takes these concerns seriously and ensure more supportive environment for future employees.

Wimpy!! No lettuce? And only a sprinkle of lettuce on my husband's sub. ...asked for extra mayo on both, I got a drop, and his sub didn't have any!...this is the 2nd time at this location, first time was the same! Barely anything on them and no mayo when we asked for extra!

Jess makes the best sandwiches and always has the best recommendations! She definitely knows what she's doing. I like all the staff & the owner Greg is cool too. The store always looks clean and the food is fresh! Best Subway that I have been too in Volusia county.
