The food was good. We had cheddar eggs and pancakes. It was hot and a great value. The service was great and Michelle was very friendly.

From the moment we were seated it was horrible. Took over 40 minutes to get our food. We got our food after our server gave it to another table and then a few minutes later recognized her mistake and removed the plates from their table to then place them directly at our table. Then we heard the people from that table holler over to our server and say “hey we ate off those plates already”?. She then removed the food from our table and said she would reorder for us. 30 minutes later still no food and the server told us the kitchen crew got confused and had not started to remake our food. ?. Then while waiting on our food (now over an hour) another server, got into a verbal cussing argument with another customer and threw them out of the restaurant. Several people got up and left while we were waiting on our food because the two servers were telling them it would be over an hour before they could get their food. I could go on and on, but this has to be the worst dining experience I’ve ever had! Not to mention, I am sick now a few hours after eating the food. I know, you’re saying why in the heck did you eat the food? IDK? Stupid on my part!

I always visit Denny's for my birthday breakfast to take advantage of the free Grand Slam offer. We were in town and this was the nearest one to our location. We only waited a few minutes and the service was great! This is a very busy location for vacationers and we were surrounded by large groups. The 12-person table next to us was very loud and allowed the three children in their group to play their devices on full volume. Definitely not the restaurant's fault but pretty annoying. This location seemed like it had been updated recently and felt more modern and clean.

Only giving 3 stars because our waitress was awesome. We could hear the cooks and "manager" fighting the entire time. They ran out of food and had broken ovens right before a flood of people from the Rockville Festival were coming in. We had to take our stuff to go. Burger bun was soggy even though it was just put out. Chicken plate my wife ordered was so hot she couldn't finish it, it was just supposed to be spicy. I've never seen a worse manager. I used the bathroom when we arrived, the sink was full of puke. If it's a last ditch effort go for it.. but I'd find something else if I could.

My wife and I had a few outstanding breakfasts here while visiting Daytona Beach. The food was outstanding, very generous portions. Moreover, the service was the best. We had the same server (Stephanie) each time we visited. She was very knowledgeable about menu items, friendly, and fast- kept our coffee cups filled and ensures everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommended+++

I’ve been going to this Dennys because it’s close to home for quite some time now. But this last time, which will be my “last” time was horrible because of the rude waitress. Not only was she not attentive, but extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ve never had a server who not only ignored us for most of the time, but who appeared to have poor hygiene as she smelled and was very abrasive about taking our order and bringing our desserts. She said her name was Sam. Beware of this server if you go there!
We visited this particular Denny's a few times and were always greeted kindly and served quickly. Food was good for diner quality. In particular, a good deal is the everyday slammer at $5.99, something usually IHOP serves...

I cannot express in words how horrible our experience was at this Denny's / location... After an amazing morning on the beach with my SIX year old daughter, and after much running, swimming and playing, my little girl said she was super hungry... We decided to cross the street from the beach, and eat at Denny's... Although we are in the midst of "Bike week", We walked into the restaurant and there were only 3 tables in the whole building... ( I guess that should have been an indicator! ? ) There were 3 waitresses working, an older woman with glasses, an older woman with blond hair, and a middle aged dark haired server with braided pig tails... The older woman with glasses took our order... ( Which was simply a burger, a KIDS chicken tender, and a app of mozz sticks ) The older server with glasses took our order.. After 10 minutes she brought us our drinks... We did not see her again for THIRTY minutes when she brought our mozz sticks out... She did not at this time refill my daughters "kid drink"... 43 minutes in a very sweet server, the one with the dark braided hair noticed my daughters empty drink... And, the empty mozz app plate that had been sitting on the edge of the table for 20 minutes... She removed the plate and brought my kiddo a drink refill... 18 minutes later our server "FINALLY" came to our table only to tell us that they were just now "STARTING" our food... Said a "manager" was cooking it... And, that it would be out in 5 minutes! SOOO, ten minutes and OVER an hour later we finally said enough is enough, I offered to pay for the mozz sticks and told them we were leaving!!! WE LEFT, My SIX year old daughter CRIED on the way to STEVE's FAMOUS DINNER telling me her stomach hurt and was growling!!!! We got to STEVE'S FAMOUS DINNER, also on the beach... They took our order... Had our food out HOT, FRESH and TASTY in 17 mjnutes... And, they were BUSY, unlike Denny's... I am a restaurant owner / manager... I was GM of a TX roadhouse for 12 years, I managed the Winghouse on ISB in Daytona for 5 years, and I am currently a store owner for Riptides in Ormond Beach... With much DIRECT experience in the business, and keeping FAMILIES fed and happy... I cannot exclaim how horrible and inept this particular location is!!! No wonder they are constantly hiring for managers on Indeed!!! The manager on duty today clearly has NO clue, no skill an complete unaware of keeping an eye on cook times / flow of business!!! One of the worst ran places I have seen... We will NEVER return... Ps. To mess up an adults order is bad, but to leave a SIX year old waiting for a FRY item that takes only minutes, for OVER an HOUR is UNEXCUSABLE!!! RAW SEMI- FROZEN chicken wing knly have a 15 minute fry time!!! My kids tenders should have been up in 8 to 10 mins at most... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!!!

We had dinner there it was delicious. I wanted to comment on the customer service that was provided. Jeanann was our server and she was fabulous. Everytime I go now I will make sure Jeanann is working.

Me and my guest placed an order and had to wait over a hour and never received our food. Plenty of customers that were seated after us got there food and ate before we even received ours. When we placed the order, our waitress took the order but never wrote it down. The waitress didn’t seem to be to concerned about us not receiving our food as she took other orders and served food without checking on us. i will not come here again when vacationing in Florida

Rebecca was amazing the food we consistent to what I expect from Dennys, coffee always on point. Rebecca, she stood out on this visit. She was so conscientious about every meal coming out and all the customers she was serving. Don’t get me wrong everyone was hustling in there and I was impressed. But Rebecca stood out and was just on point. Something we don’t see much of these days. So despite the rating I glad we went. Not only are our bellies full and satisfied, we enjoyed our coffee, but most importantly we saw some hustle we appreciate and haven’t seen in a while.
