The wait staff had to be asked to fill water glasses or wine glasses. The waiter was sweating profusely when he came to take our order. Servers were friendly but slow and there were so many standing around. If one waiter is busy, they should help or look out for one anothers tables.

The food was fantastic. However the servers at the bar never even looked at us when we sat at the bar. Didn't even make eye contact and say 'I'll be right with you". The hostess was a bit overwhelmed because our table was not ready because people were staying too long, but she was really sweet and totally made up for it in personality! Overall we really liked it. The electronic violin was a little cheesy. I think some cool jazz or something in the back ground would be more appropriate.

This was our first time there and we were hoping for a nice experience since we decided to try it out for their Valentine's Day event. The restaurant itself was a nice enough area and was clean. We were seated at a table that wasn't necessarily ideal since it was right behind the service area where only a very sheer curtain acted as a barrier. It was a bit distracting with all the comings and goings of the staff. Our waiter was nice but felt we were more at a chain restaurant like Applebees rather than at a more exclusive restaurant which their advertisements suggested. The food arrived and unfortunately it did not get any better. We ordered the special for the event which was a filet mignon and it was about the most tasteless piece of steak I have ever eaten. Absolutely no seasoning at all and was cooked too long. It was dry with no juices but I will say it was tender. Neither one of us finished it since it was so bland. The dessert was the only thing I can honestly say we enjoyed which was a piece of cheesecake with strawberries. This experience cost us $190 and that does not include the glasses of wine we had during our dinner. If you're looking for a more upscale dining experience, this is not it.

The restaurant is very nice, fun, and convenient in Daytona - if you want to avoid the beach crowd. Better signage in the first floor lobby would be helpful. We ordered a salad which was not delivered, no problem on the bill - just we wanted it. The food was very good - not absolutely wonderful, but better than 80% of the hotel restaurants you find. The space is fun with Daytona 500 cars. The servers are very attentive, but not over the top. Prices are reasonable for a nice restaurant. It is a good option if you are near the Speedway and want to avoid the national big brand restaurants. I suspect that lunch is great, and will go back to try it.

Food was fantastic! The service was the worst I have aver experienced and I just couldn't see why. Plenty of staff. It was crowded, but they even messed up the reservation (forgot about us 2X! 7:45 reservation seated at 8:10pm. Checked out at 10:35pm! It was hard to get drinks (the table next to us went to a bar and brought drinks back!). And everything was sloth slow. Plenty of waitstaff wandering around empty handed.

We had a family meet up lunch on a Monday and were the only ones there. Service was slow at first until the regular waiter arrived around 12:30 and he was great. Food overall was fine but they didn't have good avocados so the salad one of us tried to order couldn't be made. To compensate they brought an extra salad no charge. The overall price for 7 people seemed reasonable also.

We were there to celebrate my son‘s birthday. The fade was excellent in the service from Amir was outstanding. The noise level was high due to construction in the few bar area. We will definitely go back again and ask for Amir.

Had the sun city track pie. Very bland Swordfish was not fresh, short rib was all fat and gristle very little meat Food quality disappointingly poor Service was excellent Ambiance attractive

We had a delightful birthday celebration with our adult son! Started with enjoying the Speedway relics on display - cars and motorcycles -right next to the tables. They use nice glassware not plastic for beverages. Ordered the giant soft pretzel oh so freshly made! Each of our meals was done to perfection. The chocolate birthday cake wedge was large and gourmet, they added a “blue flame” liquid and lit a flame instead of a candle. Very nice. Staff was excellent. We will return.

We were early for the reservation by 15 minutes. Got seated right away. Perfect! A waitress took our drink order and we waited for over 25 minutes and no one came back. Didn't get our drinks. Watched another table order and receive their drinks first. I would not recommend this restaurant, nor will I return.

Thanksgiving dinner to forget. Food was tasty but lukewarm at best. Portion rather small. Our server was nice but seems overwhelmed by his job. Check was 131 dollars for two not including tip. For that money coffee should be included not costing another 5 dollars. Kind of disappointed. One plus is the place. Very nice with all kinds of racing stuff thru out the place.

While it is an attractive restaurant, the value is poor. We went for the prix fixe Thanksgiving meal. Portions were small and tepid, though tasty. We had to make our selections course by course, which was awkward and unnecessary. The wine was much more expensive than at similar restaurants. Our bill for 5 for appetizers, entrees and desserts, plus one glass of wine, one beer and one soft drink was almost $400 with tip. It was good, but not THAT good. We feel no interest in going back.

This was an excellent experience. The service was excellent as was the food. I thought the prices were a bit high but it seems every facility is higher since Covid. Our waiter was excellent. Very pleasant with a great pace regarding his presence. It was a very enjoyable evening.

This is a beautiful restaurant and bar. Be sure and walk out on the patio for the full effect. I thought the prices on food and drinks were in line with other nice restaurants. And we lucked into happy hour. ??. Food was great quality! Try a pizza and the meat and cheese board! I would definitely go back!

We went on a slow night and it was very quiet, which was perfect for a romantic dinner. Blue Flame did not disappoint. Amir was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. We were able to take our time and fully enjoy a relaxing meal. Just for fun I started out with the Moonshine Flight of 2, I chose the peach and blackberry. They were small but delicious and lasted me through the entire meal. My boyfriend had a glass of a very good Cabernet. We shared the charcuterie board which was filled with delectable meats, cheeses, pickled veggies, bread, and jam. Wonderful! For our entrees I ordered the short ribs while he got the pork porterhouse. We were both extremely pleased with the presentation and the taste. We spent a lovely 2 hours at Blue Flame, and would definitely return to enjoy the ambiance, excellent service, and beautifully prepared food.
