I wouldn’t have eaten if I had gone to the Bathroom before I ate. Disgusting, dirty, needs to be cleaned, painted and fix the hand dryer or put paper towels to use. Plus clean off the dirty tables. Dirty when we got there and still dirty when we left 11/2 hours later. Never checked on. I’m surprised they pass State inspection.

Shoutout to Saydee P for being extremely efficient in her labor, friendly and attentive to all guest. Usually my experience at bars is mediocre, but tonight I saw a fantastic attention by a well rounded team headed by Saydee, all pulling together to make the restaurant successful. Whoever the manager is, you are doing a great job.

Some of the best wings. A great atmosphere with plenty to look at. You may not want to bring children but you can if you want to.Parking: There is parking near. There is beach parking about a 1/4 of a mile away as long as you are not staying for a super long time. There is free and metered street side parking and a attached parking garage.

Horrible! I never trash a business but this place deserves it. Service was terrible. When mentioned that the bartender ignored us, she lied and said she asked us if we wanted anything else. The food was actually cold. Wow! This is the worst place I have been in.

To start, the service was not the best, in fact it was horrible. My Shirley temple had came with hair in it and that is not what I ordered. Following that I asked the waitress how hot the buffalo chicken wrap was and she misled me. The presentation was nothing special, in fact it did not stay in tact and fell apart as soon as it got into my hands.

One star is generous. There were 6 to 7 waitresses working. They were not busy. We sat at the outside bar on the inside side for 10 minutes with several walking by and never recognized us. We finally walked over to the inside bar and asked what was up. We were told to move more inside to get served. I guess there was a shift change and nobody was manning it. As soon as we headed for the table, someone waited on the people that took our spot. Finally sat down again. Waitress was friendly. Food came out fairly quick. 30 wings were cold. They were supposed to be breaded. They reheated the remaining in a microwave which chaged the texture. The tater tot ap was bad. It was 55 out and fans and AC were on. Bathrooms were a s#$t hole. Dirty and no paper towels. Staff was young. You need a good manager to keep things rolling. The only good thing was the pizza. You should change the name to PizzaHouse.

Food was decent tasting once we got it, however after ordering, we found out that NONE of our orders could be completed due to ingredient outages... like... boneless wings and tenders. How does wing house run out of wings? When we asked for a sub, we were advised that switching to bone-in would be a $10 upcharge, which I don't feel was accommodating of the establishment's shortfalls. Waitress was very nice, but not knowledgeable about the menu or bar. Was not able to advise on beer options since she wasn't a beer drinker herself. Waitstaff was gossiping and getting ready in the bathroom, taking up both sinks. Bathroom was pretty gross, with hair and grode in the sink, smears on the walls, even though we were there mid-afternoon on a Sunday.

The WORST!! Out of all chicken, and most other food. Was not busy when we ordered, waited 40 min for only half of our food to be delivered. The waitress, which did her best, said someone else took the rest of our order, and they had to remake the rest, which took another 30+ min!!!On top of the horrible food and service, there’s been pigeons flying and walking around in the restaurant, the rest rooms are THE WORST. I’ve ever seen outside of a frat house, no soap no towels (how do people wash their hands?)This is not because they are busy, there’s just no excuse except for POOR MANAGEMENT AND OR LACK OF OWNERSHIP THAT CARES AT ALL!!!

We've been to a few Ker's WingHouses in Florida and this was the only location that was disappointing in just about every category. It was Daytona 500 weekend, but they should have been staffed for the occasion. We were told that the manager would not allow the staff to accept any food orders for over one hour. Also, the bathroom was disgusting - filthy, graffiti, fixtures falling off the wall, etc. Hooters across from the speedway was exceptional.

While in town for the Daytona 500 we stopped in for a couple drinks and something to eat. Bonus is was $2 Tuesday on drinks and you could get to go drinks to walk around with while we explored afterwards. The bartender and services were great. The restaurant was nice with TV's, multiple bar areas, and outdoor seating. However, the bathrooms needed a good cleaning and updating!!!
