Server was ok with her service. However, she was by herself and couldn’t deal to work under pressure which is sad because she couldn’t handle a group of 22 people and was giving attitude due to being overwhelmed. They definitely need more staff or they need to be prepared to work with a group of people. I don’t blame her but customer service it’s free. Caroline, do not go back and forth with the customer's, thats the first rule.

Horrible experience, The waiter told us to seat ourselves… okay that’s cool but then We waited for 25 minutes and no one ever came over to give us menus or anything it was a slow Thursday night less than 5 tables. It seemed like they were ignoring us and not wanting to help us. I was trying to be understanding and give them the benefit of the doubt to being understaffed but no they literally ignoring us. They have the worst customer service & they need to seriously get some of training on customer service.

I really enjoyed my visit. My beer took a little time to arrive, which wasn't a concern for me, but the staff were extremely concerned, and I was given another pint on the house. The waitresses couldn't be more friendly and efficient. I visit daytona once a year and I will definitely be back next year.
