I recently visited Twin Peaks and was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Endeye. Throughout the evening, several of our guests had to repeatedly go to the bar for drinks due to the poor attentiveness of the staff. After our food was served, no one came back to check on us, leaving us with unresolved issues. While the atmosphere of Twin Peaks is great, the service is undeniably horrible and in dire need of improvement.

The food is absolutely delicious! Ever want a Billionaire’s burger, come here. Hands down the best burger in Volusia. I’ve gotten Jett as my waitress and she’s the friendliest and gives great service! Highly recommend her for a top notch experience!

Waitresses there care more about doing coke in the bathroom than giving you good service. And on more than 3 occasions I have ordered a top shelf drink at the bar and it comes back 5 plus more dollars more expensive than advertised. Great opportunity for a nice place is slipping through the fingers of the owner. Too bad really.

Outrageously expensive. Clearly a tourist trap not for locals. $8.39 for ONE 10 oz Guinness. $6.29 for ONE 10 oz Ultra. Food is average at best. Millers across the street is better in every way…. Check out my receipt!

We came back for another try after having a great experience on opening day, unfortunately it wasn't the same. The bartenders were not engaged with the customers, they spent more time checking phones and smart watches and talking to the bar back. We waited forever to place an order and even longer to get it. I guess like everyone of my favorite restaurants that come to Daytona talent is lacking here and the chain suffers. That being said, we had the chicken nachos and they were delicious. The floor supervisors need to do better in overseeing the bar staff, or maybe just help out.

Our family was hoping the Daytona Twin Peak location would have turned around and that the 3rd time would be a charm, but it was not. My husband ordered The Smokestack Brisket sandwich and specifically requested (due to a food allergy) no tomato or jalapeño. After a very long wait - the food came to the table but his sandwich had tomato and jalapeño on it. When the server when she came to ask how everything was (the rest of the family halfway through their meals), and he nicely explained there was both tomato & jalapeño on the sandwich, and he had asked for that to be removed due to a food allergy. She apologized and took it back. Close to a half an hour or more later, our daughter in law went to the manager who was standing at the bar, and explained what had happened and asked why it was taking so long for a sandwich to be corrected. The manager did NOT go into the kitchen, but used the walkie talkie. A few minutes later a burger was brought out and the server asked if everything was okay. My husband was so frustrated at this point because the whole family by this time, had finished eating! My husband told her "No" that it was not ok, that he had ordered the Smokestack Brisket Sandwich and that this was only a plain hamburger with mayonnaise on it. She quickly apologized and said she would take it back but he told her he was hungry and he would just eat it. She said she sorry and would have the manager take it off the bill (which they did). However, NO Manager ever came by the table to apologize or to speak to us. All three times we came to eat at this Daytona location, there has been a kitchen issue or, we were told the kitchen is short staffed as an excuse for mistakes and long waits. The wait is excessively long between ordering and receiving anything from the kitchen, and management is lacking professionalism and common courtesy to speak to a patron whose spent nearly 2 hours waiting on their meal to only get the wrong meal brought out in place of what was sent back. We wont be going back.

I was really shocked at how bad the food was here, especially with the reviews being so good. Let me say this, if you like food with “seasoning”, I suggest you eat elsewhere. The steaks tasted burnt on the outside and no seasoning at all. The “green beans” was actually mixed vegetables and it also didn’t have seasoning. The whole meal was a complete disaster and what shocked me is the place looks really nice. Great customer service and looks expensive but whoever is in the kitchen doesn’t believe in seasoning food. 3 steak meals coming to $90 and the whole table only ate about 3 bites of our entire meals. I won’t return and I can’t recommend anyone to come here.

A little bit of a wait to get a table (expected it, it's spring break). Once we were seated service was quick, food came out quickly. Atmosphere is neat. Loved the Lobster roll I had. Our server was Payton and she was great!

Decided not to eat here after looking at the menu. A lot of spicy foods we can't eat any more. First time at this place. Seemed clean and servers were nice. Server outfits similar to Hooters. More of a sports bar type place.
