Our waitress was Sam and she was FANTASTIC! She was so friendly and great communicating with my kids. Alexis also was great to talk to and help out. Hands down a great Waffle House to dine at.

Late snack after the Daytona 500... staff was present... and friendly... but a little slow... food was great! They all looked really really tired, but who wouldn't at 1am lol. Enjoyed our experience none the less.

First time at any Waffle House today. Started with an employee who was bitching as soon as we walked in for everybody to hear. Took over an hour for our food to get to us after ordering(only four people). I must admit, my sandwich was tasty, although I had to find the nearest toilet the rest of the day. My girlfriend’s eggs had just hatched. She ordered them “sunny side”, she received a chicken embryo in return. As we left, a fellow customer was calling out the horrid service he had received as well. Bad experience.

Yolanda was. excellent. Very friendly and called me by my first name. I was treated differently by others because I did an online order and wasn't eating in. Twice I was asked to move from where I was sitting to a different location. There were 5 other seats around me for others who walked in. It should not matter where I sit if I am also a paying customer. The food took about 30 min to get. My waffle and bacon was cold as it was sent out way before rest of order. I love WH so I will be back.
