Worst service I ordered a bake potato and soda thru the app and went I arrived and after they cheer $7.11 they try to make me wait an hour and ended up with a 4for4 and didn’t even get my refund back worst service ever

Came in for lunch and part of my order were 2 10-count spicy nuggets. Checked all my items in the bag, got regular nuggets. Nbd, asked if I could get the right ones. Turns out the cashier didn't put them in as spicy. The manager comes up, sticks both her hands IN my bag and grabs the regular ones, then proceeds to talk about me from 6 feet away about how I should order properly if I want to get the right food items while she gathers the spicy ones. She was also rude to the staff. It's unnecessary to be so nasty, or to openly talk about your customers when I wasn't the problem. Get a better job or do better if you choose to stay in a fast food environment. I'm not paying for your trash attitude.

Additionally, there have been instances where the staff seemed unable to accurately process orders, even with the receipt provided. I stopped to pick up lunch for a friend living in Daytona. The biggie bag is a great choice.It appeared to be a busy time when I was there and the restaurant seemed to be understaffed.

I just odered the Biggie LARGE Bacon Burger Combo and LARGE DIET COKE thru DOORDASH. But I received the wrong order and keeps on happening. I got SMALL Bacon Burgers combo and NO diet coke. Are you serious? Can't get the correct order....why? Also, fries were Stale yuk. Burgers tasted bland. Don't order here. It will ruin your night.
Sign says they close at 7 but they would it allow anyone to order after 6:50 because they want to make sure the staff can go home by 7. Huge fail Wendy’s.

Worked all day. Needed to eat something. Wish I had not picked this. Burger was old. Bread was like a rock. Fries were old and loaded with salt. Get back in my car to drive ask the way back and the manager scolded me for driving up to the window without waiting at the speaker. Well. First of all.. If you didn't sell me food that wasn't fit for a stray dog in the first place. And not even a simple I'm sorry. Rude and arrogant. The second burger was cold and the bun was stale. At least the fries were not covered in salt this time. Thanks for the garbage food to end my long terrible day. Do better Wendy's.

The Baconator meat patty was not half lb at all. Pretty much 11$ for a Jr bacon with 3 slices of bacon ? tasted good just expected to get twice the size of the patty if I wanted a smaller patty I’d just order a jr Baconator :/
