We had a party of 14 on Saturday night. Our Service was excellent. 3 in party had Shrimp Scampi not enough sauce on it and all three ended up with diarrhea. 2 of us had Chicken Parm. Hardly any sauce on pasta. Chicken was dry and overcooked. One had A burger it was overcooked . Another had Chicken Alfredo the chicken was overcooked and dry. Couple had a pizza they enjoyed that. Another split a Stromboli they said it was less than mediocre. Great Service Food needs much improvement.

Excellent Chicken Piccata and Lasagna!! Loved the Escargot special . Became a bit crowded and noisy, not there fault as rain came in very fast so all outsiders came in. The staff handled it all very well!

I applied for a condo located above the restaurant. My credit is outstanding, however, I was refused rental due to my certified service animal. Even after I assured him she was perfectly trained & promised to take additional insurance, he refused. Very disappointing!! I hope thier food is better than their service to their overpriced condos.

Best meal we've had in Ormond! Perfect pizza, delicious Alfredo & I could eat my weight in the Lemoncello cake. HIGHLY recommend this place. We sat on the outdoor patio. So charming out there!
The place was so relaxing. My wife and I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Not to mention the customer service we got from Natalie she was so helpful and patience with our food selection. Very classy Italian cuisine with an enormous outdoor garden cove for dining. Service was great, food was excellent and the atmosphere is warm even in the bar area where we sat. You do need to call direct to make reservations as they do not participate in third-party reservation services…we found out after arriving. But it’s worth the wait if you go.

Typically, it’s good, but if you make a reservation, make sure you call to verify that they have it. They recently “lost” my Valentine’s Day reservation, and I was told it was my responsibility to call to verify in the future

We have been to Zappies twice in past two weeks with two different groups of friends. All of the meals have been great and the service was impeccable. The food is so good that it seems like some little grandma is cooking for you in the back of the restaurant.
