Came though the drive through of this location several months back and spent almost 20 min in the drive through just to get to the box to place my order. It was well over half an hour before finally getting my order, and when I did get it, the fries were cold. It had been late and close to closing time, and the burger was at least fresh, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again.Tonight, after receiving some coupons in the mail, I decided to go back and try again. When I arrived there were 3 cars waiting ahead of me at the box to order. It was around 7:10. Over 20 min later, one car had left, one had finally been pulled forward, but myself and the car in front of me were still waiting. I finally got irritated and just left as well, noting that the time was 7:38. I had wasted almost half an hour and hadn't even gotten to the window to place my order yet. Who knows how long it would have taken if I'd actually waited. I would not recommend this location and will not be back.

I’m very upset as they were rushing me to place my order and I had to repeat my order more than one time then when I get my order, my order was wrong and I ended up with mayo on my sandwich after I repeated no mayo two times and I’m allergic to mayo. The whole inside of my burger is completely burnt black, so it taste like nothing but charcoal I’m very disappointed in the service from the woman who was at the window who seems like she was high on drugs, and couldn’t comprehend anything that I was saying, and then tried to end my order before I was done ordering I tried to call the restaurant three times to try to see if they could fix it because I was on the road driving and I had already made my way 20 minutes away from the restaurant and nobody answered the phone. I’m very disappointed in the service that I received today and I am now sick from them not making my food properly.

Another awful Burger King experience..We ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries and it literally took them 25 minutes to get our food,with only 3 customers in the drive through..Not to mention our order was still wrong and the burgers were cold and rubbery..This experience at Burger King was my last..I will never waste my money on this place ever again?
My order is wrong every time, and service is slow, better off driving to another location

I just went throught this drive-thru. I placed my order, gave my card to pay and the cashier just glared at me when she gave my card back. I said thank you. She continued glaring at me and pointed to the next window. I go to the next window and there she was again, just standing at there glaring at me. It was really creepy. Another lady came to the window and handed me my food and was "extra chipper" and seemed off because she was "too" chipper and giggly. I checked my food when I got home. My chicken sandwich was burnt and had a wad of hair in it. Thankfully I looked before I ate it. I'm not sure what I could have possibly done to make these ppl upset with me, but I will never go to this Burger King again. And as a helpful note to the person running this establishment, there are cobwebs and bugs in the drive-thru window. It makes me shudder to think what the kitchen might be like. Would give negative stars if I could. Absolutely the worst experience at a fast-food restaurant I've ever experienced.

This location is a prime example of why Burger King is closing outlets and appear headed to trouble. When this location opened years ago, it was a place that everybody would pop into for lunch. No longer. I was in the area around lunch and remembering this location, decided to stop for a sandwich (before I read the TA reviews). Not one car in line at the drive through and the dining area was empty except for me. They are short staffed, which no surprise given the amount of business during a busy time of the day. The staff was also unprofessional as they all ran out into the dining area to “ogle” some young stud that happened to wander by. The food? Forget it or eat at your own risk. I had a Whopper that had been left in the warmer much too long. A fact that makes me concerned about getting sick from the mayo. The fries were passible. I remember when this place underwent an upgrade about 20 years ago, back when it was nice as I said. You can easily tell that nothing has been done since. It’s old and it shows. Another problem for BK is the lack of visibility from I-4. It’s within a block but you can’t see it when driving by or exiting off the ramp. You can, however, see the McDonalds in the other direction. I don’t understand why this location is still open. The same can be said for a couple Burger Kings in Deland. When I pass by those locations you can’t help notice that no cars are in the drive through or the parking lot. Sorry to say, this place is doomed. You’ve been warned.
